Sand Jamm 5Mile — Local services in North Wildwood

My girlfriend and her aunt and uncle travel to Wildwood annually, and never fail to shop at Sand Jamm. Ive been dating my girlfriend for 4 years so ive heard the hype about this spot for years prior to my first visit today. We spent a little less than $300 which included a mug, a hat, sweatshirts and long sleeve T shirt for both children and adults. My girlfriend wore her sweatshirt out of the store. Within two hours we noticed there was a hole on the back and return to the store. The owner Emily informed me about the return policy saying once tags are removed you cant return it. I said okay well can we swap then since the sweat shirt was 50 dollars. She again said she couldn’t. I asked if it was possible to get a discount and I would buy another sweatshirt. She thought about it and again declined. I bought it still because my girlfriend wanted it, however next year when we return to Wildwood we will not be shopping here again. The only reason I gave a two stars is because I might have met the real owner who was really cool and has sick...

I actually have never been to their store but my 11 year old daughter was begging me for some things from there. So, I ordered online 2 Sweatshirts for her, one for me and a pair of sweatpants for me. They arrived so quickly, I was shocked and in the packaging was a hand written note thanking me for my business. First off, the clothes are amazing, so soft and comfortable. But the thing that makes me a customer for life is their service. You can buy anything from anywhere these days but when a company sends a note, that speaks volumes to me. I just ordered another pair of sweatpants (for my daughter this time...lol) and with 20 minutes received an email that it is already shipped.....love...

Took my girls(8, 11yrs old) here for some threads to wear. While the store has a lot of nice clothing my little girls could not fit into 80% of it. This is no fault of the store as my girls just need to grow a little. We did end up leaving with a sweatshirt for each girl, which they both have been wearing to the beach for 2 days now. The comfort and quality of the Sand Jamm clothing are above and beyond that of any "Target" or "Khols" clothing. The fact my girls have something that remind them of the shore makes it all worthwhile. It's unique. It's fun. We'll see you guys...
