Unfortunately I have to give this florist a 1 star. If I could I would give it 0 stars. If you remember when Julia Roberts went into that expensive clothing store in Pretty Woman than you will know what I went through. No one greeted me, I had to say something and prompt the girl to come help me. When she did, I expressed I was from out of town but was really wanting to give my $$ to a local florist. No comment from her. Then I expressed what kind of flowers I was looking for and she pointed me to the refrigerator that only had 2 doors. When I looked, their flowers all looked half dead and they did not have any variety. I was very disappointed. Then I asked her if she could recommend another florist that had what I was looking for, she replied “we are the only florist in this area”. I replied, “well that isn’t true because I found u on google and there were lots of florists. Urs just happened to be most local and started with an A.” She then turned around and walked away from me not saying another word and went back to what she was doing before I walked in. So many things wrong with this customer service. But, even more importantly they had little to no inventory for a customer who wanted to handpick some flowers and make it into a bouquet I could go home with. I found a wonderful florist with a beautiful variety of flowers and terrific customer service. I went to Donna And Larry’s Flowers on Novi Rd across from Guernseys. They have been at this same location for 35 years and have a wonderfully behaved Golden Retriever, Joey who will greet you if you love dogs. Take your business and $$$ here...

We hired Adorn Fine Flowers to do the flowers for our May 1 wedding, and Alicia and her team couldn't have been better. We had an initial consultation where I shared a Pinterest board with Alicia and we spoke through likes/dislikes etc, and she just ran with that inspiration and delivered the exact right vibes we wanted for our wedding. The flowers were really stunning - they were perfect for what we wanted and just gorgeous. Everything was delivered on time and to the right places (I requested my bouquet be delivered to a hotel by a certain time, and it was there right on time) and installed perfectly. Adorn also does paper goods, which was such a huge help - they did our menus, programs, table numbers, and escort cards, in addition to all the florals. The design of the paper goods was lovely and also perfect for what we had in mind, and Alicia was extremely patient with me as I requested a few changes to font selections. I loved that I was able to just show Alicia that Pinterest board for floral preferences and she was able to take that and determine which flowers to include and the exact style of everything. I felt extremely confident that she would deliver a beautiful product and I didn't feel the need to check in on the floral design at all, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. I really can't recommend Adorn Fine Flowers enough - they were extremely professional, delivered a gorgeous product, and had excellent customer service every time I communicated...

A++. I stopped into Adorn on a whim. I had Alicia(the owner I believe) make up an arrangement for my mom. It was simply incredible. She is a total artist. And had me laughing during the whole creation as well. Ha. The staff is super cheery and clearly love their work. My mom was blown away. The flowers she selected were a mix of classic familiar flowers my mom loved and some really unique flowers she(and I) hadn’t even seen before. Nature is so amazing. The arrangement was a perfect mix of beauty and the design was so impressive. Thank you Adorn!!. It totally made turned my moms day around(she was having a really tough day). It was just what she needed, so I’m super grateful. Grateful in general for this new business in town. Super passionate and caring staff clearly, and impressive artistic ability. Great shop!! Also a total bonus to stroll in on a grey winter day and instantly be re-energized by all the color and beauty. Thank you...
