⭐️⭐️ 2.5 Stars — Great Staff, Frustrating Shipping Process

I ordered the Dakine 70L Boot Bag online from Sierra Trading Post and opted for free shipping to the store, which is conveniently located near my home. I placed the order on July 25th and the arrival date was August 4th.

Unfortunately, as of now, the bag still hasn’t arrived. The store has no way of tracking it, since it ships with all other store merchandise on a truck, no specific tracking info, no clear delivery status. The staff in-store has been absolutely wonderful and did everything they could to help, but their hands are tied due to the way Sierra’s shipping system works.

I spoke with the manager and gave my order info, so I’m hoping it shows up soon. Sadly, due to the delay and lack of communication, I’ve had to buy another bag in the meantime, not ideal.

I’m not canceling the order (I still want the bag!), but this experience has definitely been disappointing. I’ll update this review as things progress. Hoping for a better outcome...
