I hate reading them poorly because I'm a diamond hands...but the customer service is torturing... (Sorry local branch I have to post it somewhere, lmk if there's a better place). I ordered online ship-to-home a mega pack of cards smith Currency TCG. The listing said 1-3 day shipping. Ordered on the 16th, should arrive on the 20th at the latest if it's 1-3day shipping. After finally actually being shipped it gave an estimated arrival of the 22nd which was frustrating... But then between the 20th and 22nd the package updated to the 24th, I understand that most of this shipping stuff isn't stuff they can control after it leaves their facility, so my only frustration to this point was their extensive time to acknowledge and ship the product. Now comes the 24th, USPS says "adressee unknown item with RTS" I'm very upset at this point as I waited patiently for it to arrive, but non the less I figured, okay, I'll give it 3 days and I'll get a refund or get it sent back out to a different address. So we're to the 27th now when I posted this. I called customer service and the stumbled over different orders telling me ship dates of other orders assuming I would just smile and hang up, and after telling them the order number they still tried to lie and say "yup, it was delivered" I had to literally instruct them to copy the tracking and go to the USPS site to see the status of the package. After they saw it was RTS they said "Would you like to change the delivery address?" I replied"well I was hoping to but when I asked USPS they said the sender couldn't do that because it's too late" and she said " oh no, we can, we've done it before" so with optimism I'm like "alright let's do it!" She said, "okay, wait on the line while I contact them, then I'll come back and ask the new address" 25 MINUTES LATER SHE HANGS UP!!!. I wait 5 min, no call back even though I provide my cell. I call a second time, we go through the same garbage service before this one eventually says "it'll be refunded when we get it back" and I just hang up, I was so fed up with being on the phone for over an hour total just to be told I'll get my...
Read moreI bought a refurbished Nintendo switch base here because I could not find the one that came with the system. I asked before purchasing how long I would have to be able to return the base if by some miracle I found it. I was told I would have 14 days for a full refund. It turned out a roommate from a couple of years ago had it in storage and I was able to get it back after they returned from their honeymoon on day 8. I promptly went to return the one that I bought a week prior and was told I could not return it. Returns were only valid for 7 days and could only replace the device if their was something wrong with it within 14 days. This was not what I was told when I bought the decide. When I asked if I could exchange it for in stores credit they told me they could only give me $12 when I bought it for $60 the week prior. I will not be using this or any gamestop again. I was not the only person being told this. Their was another gentleman their at the same time as me with the same issue. When I tried calling customer service at 630 EST it said the number was busy the first couple of times then eventually it said they were closed despite it saying they were open...

I’m unsure of the cashiers name (name tag was very unclear but could tell name started with a R) can’t say whether it was male or female but cashier had bright blue lipstick and blue hair. They were EXTREMELY RUDE. Asked multiple times if we had a phone number now I understand it’s their job to ask but we kindly declined. Upon declining cashier gave MULTIPLE eye rolls. They honestly act as if they hate their job and if they do maybe they should quit. I really hope they hire better help. Won’t be back. Don’t waste your time.
