oh my goodness, I took my grandmother to this ice cream place in the Sono mall because I knew she would love it AND SHE LOVED IT, my first time I went I had this beautiful lady named Sanjana, I believe that's how you spell her name. she was so lovely, since it was first time I asked her what I should get, she gave me many samples. everything was delicious and when I told her to make me something fall and surprising with flavors, she made me a milkshake with pistachios and dulce de leche IT WAS SO YUMMY. I came in expecting a small Dazzler Sundae to look at least somewhat like the pictures advertised. Instead, what I received was barely half full. Paying $9 for just two small scoops of ice cream is disappointing enough but to pay that much for what felt like half of two scoops is honestly outrageous. I stopped by the Häagen-Dazs at the mall recently and had a great experience. Sanjana was the one helping me and was super friendly and patient even though it was busy. She handled everyone’s orders fast, kept a positive attitude, and made sure everything looked clean and organized. You could tell she actually cared about the customers and the job.
