Talk about "never judge a book by the cover" !!! I can't believe I've lived in Norwalk for eight years and I've never tried this place...The entrance didn't have much appeal to me all this time, it's kinda dark from the outside looking in, so I just assumed this was some dive with greasy food. WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! I have been wrong all these years. Their food is really good and fairly priced, the inside is very cute with pinatas hanging from the ceiling (it keeps the kids busy counting them, giving the parents a chance to do a quick shot ;) ) ; there are photos all over the all of famous people throughout the decades, which can help with a conversation (so those on a first date there can easily break the ice with trivia based on those photos.) The menu for kids is very decent. You can use their paper place mats to play tic tac toe with them (just ask a staff member for a pen) Service was awesome! Our waiter, a Latino man in his 50s was very efficient, personnable and professional. I noticed that they have a cute bar, too, but I'll try it some other time, without my kid tagging along. ;) Big thumbs up to this place, its food...

My friends invite us to celebrate Valentine’s Day, 2 couples. We had a wonderful time. Starting with the margaritas really good. Good excellent steak fajitas, carne asada y carnitas. All really good. But service really bad. Everything that was good at the beginning, at the end waiter ruin the night. Mr Modesto our waiter had a really bad behavior. We ask for another round of tequilas, this guy said that he need it the table and he had other costumers. We didn’t see anybody waiting. He didn’t manage this well, he could ask us to move to the bar and wouldn’t be a problem with us. My friend that invited us, a regular costumer for 12 years, was very upset(F…..ng mad) because she felt disappointed, number one the way he managed the situation, he could be more polite. The manager offer to pay the round of margaritas but all my friends already left and they didn’t want to come back. I hope the owner of this great restaurant reads this review and does proper adjustments. On Cinco de Mayo my college friends & I always go here. However last year 2 of my friends have scars from broken glass that was thrown around. But this year we still went back to only have the worst experience ever. The waitress next bought us our second pitcher of margarita. They had the nerve to charge us for it then we told her how we never got it. Mind you we have been here for years and we know all the staff. She treated us completely rude that even the couple sitting next to our table spoke to the own about what had happened. We got the charge taken off but to only notice that the credit wasn't charged but someone else card was charged for our meal. Since when we got the receipt we noticed that the last 5 numbers didn't match our card.

I used to love this place however after 2 awful but awful experiences. I rather go somewhere else with my friends. And since the owner could careless about providing correct customer service. NEVER again will this place get my money nor will...
