I ordered online for pick up at the store. It's already paid, but someone else picked it up and it's not me. The supervisor wasn't helpful. I made the mistake of telling her that it was picked up at 6:16pm but I wasn't looking at the tracking status at that time. I was looking at my order time that was the day before. When i clicked the tracking status, it showed that I picked up the item at 2:39pm on that day I was on a call with her. So, I told her it's actually 2:39pm when it was picked up and it's definitely not my husband because he just arrived at the store. She goes on to say that I'm saying so many times of pick up, she doesn't know which one I'm telling is right. I said I made a mistake and she insist that their system is right and in her system, it was picked up around 9:30 am. I realized she doesn't really want to help, she just want to insist what's on their system. So I said, I'll just call the online customer support. She said, "I'm the support" (because she's the supervisor). So I said, I ordered it online and I don't think you can help, so I'll just contact the target online support. She basically wants us to buy the item again and just wait until the pickup drops and she said we will get the refund. But can that happen if it showed online that it was picked up? To make the long story short, Target online ordering and their pick up at store probably has glitch or not secure at all. When I checked my email, i noticed I got a Target Pickup experience online survey at 4:04pm. I got a notification of the email on my phone earlier & was confused why I got a survey since my husband hasn't gone to Hilliard branch. I didn't open it until later. Meat/Grocery section - a good majority of their meet is frozen and freezer burnt. You can find this mostly in their own Good & Gather brand foods. Don't buy the hamburgers unless you plan on throwing half of them out.
Dog food/treats - over 75% of the dog food cans are severely dented. Their distributor or stock people obviously don't care to stock it so they must abuse the product. The worst is premium treats! Up to $26 per bag and all of them - all of them - are stale. So they must get a deal on old product, stock it, then when no one buys it they put it on sale.
Purchased a vaccume from this place and it lasted 5 months having only been used 8 times.
The cart wipes and hand cleaner is never available so to compensate they put a large bottle of hand cleaner by the self checkout that is disguisting - Oh and speaking of disguisting, the check out stations are always filthy, they never clean them. It's so bad most items will not scan.
Do your best to pay Google to take this down Target. I'm spending the evening posting it everywhere.

When we returned home, we found out that the formula we had just started to feed our son, was almost 2 months expired. When we tried to return it, the manager and staff tried to treat us as if we were trying to get somethin free. All we wanted, was to exchange the past due infant formula, for formula that was in good standings. They told us there was no more in stock, and to go grab something off the shelf to replace if. When we get back there, there are more of the exact items they said was not in stock. Even after being proven to be wrong and showing no sign of sympathy for the wrongdoing. They then gave us an attitude about the whole thing. Both the manager "Sarah" and her staff are rude and unprofessional. We spent ove $300 in the last week at this location, and will never return to this store. We've had other bad experiences, including bad stacks of spoiled meat and spoiled milk. This was the last straw. We will be reporting this to headquarters and telling everyone we know not to shop...
