I had the worst experience at this store with my mom. With the same employee with the glasses her name is rosey. She is very rude I’m surprised she’s still working there after all the bad reviews about her. My mom went to get her ears pierced my mom doesn’t speak English so I had to ask for my mom how much was the price , she the employee said 30 I said 30 for the piercing and the earring or all together? She answered with a horrible attitude saying $30 the piercing but if you want something cheaper go to five below and she can get a piercing for $5 me and my mom both looked at each we couldn’t believe how rude she answered. We are customers we are allowed to ask how much a service is since we are the ones paying. When she proceeded to do the piercing on my mom she pointed out how my mom’s old piercing was trash . Why would you use that word to describe someone’s old piercing after me translating the entire process this employee decides to speak Spanish at the end of the piercing lol ? So she speaks Spanish but decided to not speak Spanish on the entire process smh worst employee ever don’t know why they still have her...

The girl with the glasses is extremely rude!!! I bought three things a total amount of almost $70 half way thru the mall I realize they are well over priced and went back to get a refund for 2/3 things.

The same girl that originally helped me, process my refund was extremely rude telling me “why would you buy it” && “you saw the price” are you kidding me!!! I was so shocked with that horrible customer service.

I’m sorry but Im in tittle to have a change of mind and if your policy includes refund then what was the problem!!!

This store is brand new in the mall and with those over price accessories and nasty attitude from their employees they are not going to make it that...

First and last time I will ever buy from here. Bought ear rings I thought that would fit turns out they didn’t 3 days I tried to return them. Here’s the scam YOU CAN’T. I mean I would have been ok with an exchange you can’t get that either Wow! Girl with the glasses who’s strange by the way went to pretend to ask someone and no one was there behind the door. Stated it’s on the receipt then why give a silly receipt to customers!!! Trash !!! Literally do not spend your money here keep walking. Thank goodness the ear rings I order fit. This place needs to be closed down...
