Update months later. I only use cash now when I come here. My gripe is that I almost always feel like I am being tricked at the register. It is always something. A fee here, a we don’t honor the deal anymore there, always something. Truthfully, I feel like this is a tactic used to combat the side effects of weed. I am sure the people who run the dispensary have talks about how they can take advantage of people that smoke weed. If it is not that, then it is a complete and consistent lack of competence from 99% of the staff. I have run into one staff member that I felt was not trying to trick me into something while scrolling the iPads. What I dealt with today, that I have dealt with in the past, is the type of thing that drives me away and to other dispensaries for a few months. They are all over the place now, so you don’t have to go to Mission and worry about getting tricked once you walk in the door. Stop trying to take advantage of people that smoke weed. You are already taking advantage of us with all the taxes and fees you slap on the bill. Like I mentioned, if you are not attempting to take advantage of us, train your staff better or do a better job of making sure they are not ripped when they walk in the building so they can give proper information. People that smoke weed have the reputation of being blissful and forgetful. Some of us are with it and know when we are being scammed and tricked though. Gotta be better. Maybe I will try you guys in a few months again when you have, hopefully, trained your staff better or become better people. I think the mission at Mission is to deceive the consumer.
This next part was written right when they opened. If you pay with your card, they round up to get to a nice number, and then they slap a convenience fee on there that makes it not a nice number. Tell me how that makes sense. It doesn’t. They are just preying on stoners. Typical for a new...
Read moreI went online and I made my selection which was a pre roll ,dog walkers runt 1.75g. I went in and purchased my pre roll . Jumped in my car and I got about halfway home when I realized this was a 0.75g pre roll. So even though I had groceries in my car and had to get home I went back and I explained it to the guy at the front door. With his phone he took a picture of my receipt, he took a picture of the pre-roll. And he took a picture off of my phone which showed that online it said that the dog walker Runt pre roll what is 1.75 g. And I looked online and Mission has now corrected it. It now says .75 g. He asked someone inside what to do he told them what the problem was and they said I would have to wait until a manager came in. Come on I have groceries in the car you guys can clearly see that you're wrong. And you can see that I never buy a .75 g pre-roll. I only bought this because it was listed as 1.75 grams. I couldn't wait I had to get my groceries home. The guy said I would get an email if there was something they could do.If mission doesn't understand that a problem like this should be fixed right away then this dispensary should not call itself Mission. the green Rose dispensary is right down the street and they just got my...
Read moreSherlock helped me today when I was rushing before work, I walked in, let him know what I was looking for and he quickly got my order put in, rushed over with me to the register, got my stuff from the back and got me out of there in less than 10 min, absolutely wonderful customer service and attention to detail in what I wanted and finding the perfect match for my needs, while still being extremely time efficient. Will be coming back more often solely due to my last two visits. Last time a younger girl helped me and was also great at catering to my needs and wants out of the purchase! Thank you Norridge Mission dispensary for employing such...
