went here just to check it out since i noticed a new sign on franklin avenue & i heard mentions of this place from some others. really friendly staff! the drink was delicious; i got an iced tea that was flavored (their summer peach flavor) and it was really good! i didn't expect them to have flavored iced teas because they aren't on the menu, but when you ask for it, they do offer flavors. if you are a fan of the starbucks iced peach green tea lemonade, i highly recommend this. the prices aren't too bad, drink prices are a little similar to starbucks but the treats they have in store are definitely cheaper than starbucks treats. i also liked the fact that their straws were really thin 😅😅 made the drink last longer since there were smaller sips. they also don't put too much ice, i didn't even have to ask for light ice! the interior was cute too and i'll definitely be paying more visits, especially considering how close it is to my...

I loooove the layout and the seating arrangement, and the staff have been so wonderful and friendly each time I've been there. I don't even know how I missed this place until now. The food is good(I keep being drawn to eating their spam sandwiches because of course they're awesome!) and the coffee is delicious at an affordable price. Hope to continue enjoying this place!

Updates: There really isn't much to update about this place because they have been so consistent throughout the times I've been here. Even their regular drip coffee is excellent. So no, no updates except for the fact that I added spam into my grilled cheese for the first time and bloody heck, it was good! Loll Next level would probably be adding some kind of sauce to it to make it slightly less dry and cut into the grease from the garlic butter and spam a bit. This is a cute little coffee shop. It smells amazing when you walk in. I went two days in a row. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The first day I ordered a Turkey BLT w/ garlic aioli, a small iced chai with a shot of espresso-oatmilk-2 pumps of sweetener and a small iced honey lavender oatmilk latte. The latte was absolutely delicious. The perfect light hint of lavender with very subtle after notes of honey. The chai wasn’t my favorite. It wasn’t strong but it was dense.
