My wife and I have been shopping for furniture and upholstery fabrics for about 3 months. We had the good fortune of finding Nick at Donna’s during our search! He’s been nothing but exceptionally kind, patient and professional. His superior customer service skillset is refreshing and very much appreciated. It’s been a pleasure working with him and we will definitely return to Nick with our future needs.

Shopping again at Donna’s, we are addicted! Nick wasn’t in so we worked with Cheryl, what a wonderful experience! I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Jimmy and Kathy. I recently came in with an item I wasn’t happy with, and Jimmy immediately put me at ease. Even though the return was outside the usual timeline, he kindly processed it because he wanted to make sure I left satisfied. He even took the time to walk me through the store and helped me find the perfect piece for my home.
