Email Enter your email here : May 4, 2019 I had an incident with an employee on april 14th 2019, made a complaint manager called me back and apologized for employees behavior and welcomed me back to the store. I was very pleased about how quickly the manager called to resolve the sitiation. He was kind , professional, respectful and apologetic for his rude employee. At this point i thought everything was resolved. Oh boy was i wrong i walked into the same store today may 4th 2019 (Saturday)around 11:30-12 same lady was working. She from the moment i entered kept saying have a good day have a good day. It was said probably 4 times i stepprd oit of the store shocked tho was happening and grabbed my friend so id have a witness i walked back in the store and again she started with have a good day have a good day i politely interuppted her and asked her what was wrong what i had done she followed up with have a good day ot iam calling the police. My best assumption is she was mad about the original complaint from 2 weeks ago and wants to get back at me for it. Theres no other reason for her behavior/ actions. This is awful i have never been embarassed amd treated in such a manner fronm anyother store from anyone ever! I have never been so disrespected in my whole life at a convenience store. I buy a chocolate chip croissant and a fountain drink put my number in for 7-Eleven rewards this was in between 7:20 a.m. and 7:28 a.m. on Friday June 21st 2024. I asked for napkins he refuses me napkins and accuses me of eating a croissant in his store and stealing one saying that I have to pay for two when I have only one in my bag. I'm already having a bad enough morning and I've never stole in my life and I am so offended and I think they should shut that store down if anybody like that is working in there.. and since he didn't have napkins for me he accused me of stealing and would not let me use the restroom being a paying customer. I recently went to the 7-11 on Orange Blossom Tratl between 1:45 - 2pm on 7/23/2025. The woman cashier with the bandana was very rude and disrespectful to me. I usually come to that location often but because I was doing yard work and dressed in only a T-Shirt and shorts she probably thought I was a homeless person or vagabond (which is not acceptable either). She nastily told me to get out her face and that I was trying to "check" her. All because I asked a question about a transaction. This is very disappointing. I have seen her act this way MANY times toward other customers with little to no provocation. This is unfortunate and sadly I will not be going to this 7-11 any more as a result of this.
