My first Primark experience was in NY on Jamaica Ave. I will say that this location (Orlando) is much bigger. However, the NY location is much more organized and easier to navigate. The Orlando location was a cluster. Childrenâs clothing was mixed, pajamas to be exact. Older boys sizes 12-14 and up was mixed with sizes (1yr-7yr) with most being in the girls section. This was frustrating. My husband and I asked 3 different employees. One which didnât know anything, the second said what we see was all they had, which was one style. Of course I was not satisfied so I asked another who pointed us to where more was located, of course limited. The gentleman did suggest menâs XS or S for the boys sizes we were looking for since they are limited ( I did appreciate that recommendation).
NY was much more organized when it came to looking for childrenâs clothing. I will say that the prices and majority of customer service was on point. I understand that the location is still new and probably still working out kinks ,which will take time. I love Primark and I am excited that we finally have one in Orlando. I will be patient and pray that they will get it together eventually. I do love the ease of the self check out and available shopping bags for no charge ( NY charges for their bags). I gave 4 stars because of the lack of organization. Once this is fixed they will...
Read moreIâm from the UK and now live in Orlando, I didnât like the quality of Primark clothes when I lived in london 10+ years ago but my parents and my partner dragged me along on Friday and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the quality of the clothing has gone up considerably and this store is beautiful, the second floor dedicated to Disney/Marvel was great and the prices are a fraction of the official Disney store. People that are complaining and leaving 1 star reviews are crazy- on the grand opening weekend of a store like this a line outside is to be expected due to the hype give it a few weeks and things will be normal, these are likely the same people who have annual Disney passes and line up to get on attractions for 2-3 hours regularly. I thought staff were handling the mobs great and were way more organised than most stores. Good...
Read moreWe have been to the ones in Boston and we're excited when this one opened. We went on Thursday, opening day, we walked right in, but the lines were long but not unbearable for check out. We didn't ever try to go upstairs.
Went back on Saturday and there was about a 10 minute wait outside, but very comfortable inside and plenty of room to go upstairs.
I wish I got her name (I think it was Liz?), but one of the managers was VERY kind to the employee saying that it was in to not know if they hadn't been trained in that area. She was very encouraging and why on to even say how much she valued him and were so glad he is working there with them!
We will be back! The store is clean and organized obviously since just opening, but from observing visits in Boston, it'll...
