I attended a concert in the Calvin Simmons Theater. What a beautiful, intimate, venue!

The folks working there are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The restrooms are clean and in working order.

The theater is easy to get to and there's parking on site if you get there early enough. Otherwise there is street parking and some local lots.

If there's one con, it's that the seats, while comfortable, are cramped for leg room. If you're tall, that's a bit of a problem. I'm not tall and I found it cramped.
