Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Ocala

I went into the PINK side of the store in Ocala and I was looking at their leggings and sweat pants that were on clearance. An employee approached me and asked if I needed help with anything. I politely told her that I was just looking. She said here let me help you, what size do you need? I wasn't sure so I told her a Medium or Large. I was not making a mess and I was not leaving items unfolded. She then proceeds to tell me that she just wants to get out of work on time that night. It was 30 minutes until they closed. She was extremely pushy and rushing me so I just didn't continue to look. I had picked out other items to purchase on the VS side so I went over there to pay for those so I could leave as this lady had my anxiety through the roof! The cashier and manager were standing at the counter and the cashier asked if I found everything ok. I stayed that no I had not and I just wanted to pay so I could leave. The manager asked me what happened and I told her. She apologized, which I appreciated very much. As my daughter and I were walking out of the store, the manager came up to us again and apologized again for what had happened. I was really disappointed that I couldn't look in my own without someone bombarding me and making me feel like my business didn't matter but the manager and cashier were extremely nice. I will just purchase online...

This is an update . I still give thumbs up to the employees there but the star is too small and I definitely think I will stick 2 purchasing online . Victoria's Secret's always been one of my favorite stores! The employees here are friendly and helpful. If you need their help they are ready such as measuring your size for certain item and helping you pick out clothing and items that fit you properly and accentuate your body properly. They are knowledgeable about the products that they sell and suggest other items that you may like but had not thought about. They don't however try to push you to buy unnecessary products just to make you spend more money! Also when we went to check out a line quickly appeared and they were quick to respond by opening other registers. I'm not saying their prices are cheap because I'm sure you know they're not, but if you watch for their sales you can get some good affordable deals. Also if you have a charge account with them they send you regular discount coupons that can be used at their store or online . The reason I him given this four-star instead of a 5-star rating is the store is small compared to other ones I have shopped at. The manager at the entrance was so nice and helpful, but the other women were not really. Can't try on anything due to covid19, but the manager said they have a 90 day full refund policy. I will say it was very nicely laid out and clean in the store and I loved how the manager at the store stood by the entrance and made sure you had a mask. That made me feel safer. I would have loved a little more selection in my size but it was the semi annual sale so it was slim pickens because it was toward the end of it. Oh yeah there was one thing that bothered me and I didn't even think about it until later, but I had to put back 2 bras because they weren't priced as marked by the bin they were in and it wasn't just thrown in there because there was at least 5 others just like it. I probably could have fought them on it, but they were closing so I just had them take it off my purchase. They were in the 12.99 bin but rang up 34.99 I'm just glad I wasn't in love with them lol. Oh and just one more thing, the love spell decadent lotion scent does Not smell like the original love spell, so just a heads up for all of you. Anyways, overall it was a pretty...
