Sorry Heavenly peoples this is over 4 months overdue. I just wanted to thank you for making my yearly fondue meal a tremendous success. Every year I do a fondue party in December with my family and wanted to add a caramel fondue. So I looked up local caramel and found these guys. I showed up to their factory on a cold winter day in December. I didn't realize that there was no store front but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They hooked me up with some salted caramels which made an awesome fondue! I just added a bit of cream to thin them out a bit. The caramels melted easily and paired well with apples, angel food cake, cookies (you get the idea!). In these times its great to go local so please give these guys (and gals) your business! I began ordering from the company and from Amazon, and the quality has been hit and miss. However, the most disturbing thing is that today, when my shipment came in, I can taste a major difference in the butter caramels. They don’t taste quite as sweet, and the texture is different.
