I recently took my Four Year Old to get her ears repierced. It did not go well. I had left a poor review for the young lady who had done one ear (couldn't even do both) She was refusing to pierce her when clearly my daughter was refusing her. She kept her arms folded and would not attempt to help me console her. Her whole energy was making me uneasy, I could just imagine how she was making a kid feel. I was not happy whatsoever. Shortly after my poor review, a lady named Jessica called me to apologize and offer her expertise. I was hesitant due to the last appointment. However, just from our phone call I could tell she was more of a people person, on top of that she has had ten plus years of experience.

I brought my child into the store to get her second year pierced. I have never been in so much AWE in my life. Jessica was amazing, patient and had the most beautiful glow about her. Truly, she was made to work in Customer Service. I say that as I also work in Customer Service/Interview people to join our company. She is the pure example of who I would want working with me.

Right after Jessica pierced my daughters ear, she was happy, loved "my two earrings" and could not stop smiling.

If it weren't for Jessica reaching out to me to give it a shot, I would have either kept the one earring look or had taken it out, until we could get two piercers.

I cannot stress this enough, I am overall truly impressed with Jessica and her Crew in the Ogden mall. If you can, please go to any of the Girls at the Ogden location rather than the Layton. It's...

I usually get my cartilage done at claries, but i decided to give this place a try, seeing as the first lady i talked to was very sweet and seemed to know what she was doing. Well when i went back it was some other lady, and she did horrible. She had me sit down and didn't even say anything just shot my ear, and said you're done. Uh ok? i also told her I had to have an earring with out Nickel, she stated that ALL of their jewelry is Nickel free. Which is not true at all. Anyways, I kept my hair away from my ear and kept it very clean and it burned shortly after she had pierced it. I have NEVER had that problem with a cartilage before...EVER. Well, I waited and waited for the redness and swelling and burning to go down. 5 days later I couldn't handle it anymore and had to take the earring out. Again I have had my other side and this same side done before at Claires and NEVER had a problem. I knew my ear wasn't infected, not with how clean i had been keeping it. Come to find out, It was an allergic reaction to the NICKEL that was in the EARRING that she used. Go figure. I am still pretty livid, because I just wasted money to have this done and she did a crap job. Horrible customer service first off, and then to misinform me and tell me all the jewelry was Nickel free when clearly it was NOT, because i had an allergic reaction to the stupid earring. I will never go here again and i will NEVER buy any jewelry from them...

As I was abroad, I happened to stumble in to new gate mall, Ogden Utah,finding this very up to date jewelry kiosk. this very sophisticated yet sleek young woman’s smile caught my eye. Interested in some Italian silver I approached( , I must say 10 stars✨💫🌟 I’d rate.)Remember coming from abroad this fine young lady jewler- (Nadia was her name) gave exceptional world class customer service, she connected with me i knowing instantly my style!! I purchased ,”the gallo” (torn between that piece and the Virgin Mary ,so I bought them both)silver charm for my already owned Figueroa (was educated on types of chains✨)silver chain. Nadia was very informed of her products and services she represented and I felt like I was with my girlfriends back on the yacht shopping throughout the Caribbean! Hands down go see Nadia for all your jewelry needs if banter can’t do Nadia is s resourceful enough to have loyal long term patrons/ customers!!! Go see her.
