Tonight I went to the new Burlington Coat factory in Yukon with my girls to just do some shopping and looking around. It was just a girls night out, but quickly turned upsetting. We were made very uncomfortable by one of the associates working. There were a couple of other customers in the store, yet this lady followed us throughout the entire store watching us. Every isle we were on she was either on the isle with us or standing at the end of it staring at us. At one point one of my girls had picked up a pillow and put it back, but it fell and knocked over a picture. This lady came flying around the corner and asked if we were all ok since she heard something fall, and wanted to make sure we hadnāt fallen. We all three were standing there dumbfounded because obviously we were ok. It was just another way for her to be right there with us. We had to go to the restroom so we set our stuff outside on a shelf and the lady literally stood outside the door. I felt like she was profiling us and thinking that we were going to steal something. I have never stolen anything and it made me very upset to be followed the entire time that we were in the store. We quickly just grabbed our things and went to the front with her hot on our trails. I donāt know if I will go back anytime soon because of our experience tonight. I felt like it was wrong and we gave her no reason to watch us like a hawk. It was embarrassing and who knows, I may have spent more at the store if I could have just looked comfortably. Itās a very nice store and I love Burlington, but I donāt like that I couldnāt even look at one thing without the lady being right there. The customer service at the front was great and I even had a conversation with the cashier and...

As of the end of August, '24, management continues to neglect the sanitation and general appearance of this location's store front, which is astonishingly substandard for the Yukon community and especially a newer plaza where all of the other stores are adequately clean and presentable.
The trash receptacles that flank the entry doors are overflowing onto the sidewalk with trash, filth, and debris from long overdue negligence and rude discard. Included in this unacceptable filth are hundreds of pieces of chewing gum scattered across the sidewalk directly adjacent to the entrance, creating a nearly unavoidable sticky mess particularly in the extreme summer heat. It's baffling how this store is so drastically different in regards to apparently attracting the type of patrons who are inclined to discard their chewing gum onto the sidewalk of this establishment.
Regardless the excuses and reasons or who's job this isn't, the problem is an unacceptable filthy one that is intolerable in this community. It's disturbing how long this obvious problem has been tolerated and neglected. It's more than time to say something about this inadequacy. It's far overdue time for this disgust to be finally addressed and placed on a priority list for a store that is otherwise acceptably...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was just in there today. I asked to use the restroom and asked for the code. Not even a few seconds after asking the same lady broadcasted to the entire store to security scan sections 1 and 2. My daughter is graduating this year from Yukon highschool. We have a banquet to attend at the Cheyenne & Arapaho tribe and my daughter was requesting i get dress clothes and slacks. Yes my hair looked messy and I am dressed like I'm less than average. It wasn't until my daughter called and asked if I had everything ready to go. I was in the changing room I felt in backward vibes from the same lady who broadcasting security surveillance to scan the area of where I am. I'm not secret shopper but just to share my experience there today. Sorry for shipping on...
