This location is new and much closer than the 2 other stores in the area. However, the lack of customer service and overall negative vibe is a major concern and needs to be corrected. A fact that the manager I dealt with showed zero interest in addressing. Hence the problem of overall negative energy that flows from the top down. That said, We recently purchased an 8x10 "Brooks Brothers" wool area rug from this store. Having purchased many area rugs over the years, I was confident this one would perform as well if not better than the others. Well...surprise. The fibers are coming out by the vacuum bag full. It literally fjlled an entire new bag and then some. The result is the same each time the vacuum is ran. A day or two after we bought the rug, I read a review in wirecutter warning people about buying wool rugs made in India. Yep, this rug was indeed, made in India. None of the other 4 wool area rugs that we currently own were and they are lovely. At the rate it's shedding, it should be totally bare by April.

UPDATE: April is almost over and the rug surprisingly has some fibers left (see pics). As for the Yukon HG location, I am upgrading this store from a two star to a four. I get a more relaxed and positive feeling from employees and it has the same great stuff you expect from...

This Homegoods is chaotic and just a mess I also seen and overheard a women talking to 3 younger employees very ugly like and rude one girl was trying not to cry she was talking to them in a angry tone and calling them names I think she might have been the manager or assistant manager this women ended up checking me out when I was done shopping and she was real short with me and rude as if she seemed bothered that she had to check me out she mumbled did you find everything okay and I said yes I did thank you and she straight rolled her eyes I'm not even sure she knew she did it I think she's just one of those ugly people who are miserable and controlling entitled and act like this daily I feel bad for the girls that were working there hopefully they can find a better job soon because of this women and how messy this location is I will drive further to a better location with managers who treat their employees with respect and who want to be a positive role model for younger people who are motivated to work I can't find me receipt but I came in on June 28th checked out around 2:40 pm register...

So, my wife brought me here because she thought it was going to be similar to At Home. Man, was she wrong!! Turns out this place is like a combination of Hobby Lobby and Marshall's. It's a really unique store. It's got a little bit of everything. I like that you can walk your pup around the store! My bullie found himself a 1980s-style rapper track suit, which he's very excited about! There is a nice kitchen section here, and a dedicated clearance isle with a wide range of products. This is definitely a place I will be...
