I come by to this location pretty often to get a gluten friendly donut, as I have celiac disease and have to be careful. I've been coming by since this location has been open, and I've loved their donuts. I've never had problems until today.

I had informed the cashier about my allergy, and asked for a smashed French Toast donut without Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I wasn't made aware that these donuts were NOT gluten friendly, nor did I know originally as this was my first time getting this. When I left for my car, I noticed that the donut didn't look like their gluten friendly one, asked my friend who accompanied me to try, and she confirmed that it infact was not safe for me to eat.

We returned inside, and all I wanted was a donut I could eat. I explained the situation, and he stared at me like I'd grown two heads. Proceeded to tell me that he infact heard me say I had a food allergy, but that he didn't know what it was and didn't clarify to ask. When I asked for a replacement donut, he rolled his eyes then returned with a gluten friendly donut before rudely explaining that "This is a gluten friendly donut, see how small this is? We can't make that into a smashed donut."

I'm not one to normally complain, everyone has bad days, but to have my actual health messed with is crossing a line. Not only that, but to be brerated and treated like an idiot for ordering something I was unaware I couldn't eat is baffling. What worse is I'm almost certain the man who helped me was the manager. I've worked in customer service for years, and even I know that speaking to a customer that way would have gotten someone in deep trouble.

To all the people who want to try a gluten friendly donut, make sure you're careful because they don't seem to take food allergies...

My family LOVES Yonutz so when we moved to Mustang and there was one only 12 minutes away we were SO excited. Last night we decided to go check it out for our friends birthday. They ordered the strawberry short cake smash donuts and I ordered the cookie dough. My cookie dough smash doughnuts was covered in fruit flys (at least 6) I understand issues happen and I would have simply been happy if the owner would have just refunded my money and apologized. But instead he caused an entire scene asking what was wrong with our other doughnuts aggressively as if we did something wrong. I choose to just take my child and leave because I wanted nothing else. He continued asking us as we were leaving and I just told him he was being extremely rude when I was the one with bugs in my food. I called this morning to let the manager know (I wasn’t aware this man was an owner at the time) and a short while later revived another call from I guess a second owner? I ended up just ending the call and deciding we would just drive 40+ minutes to a different location anytime we want them. The customer service at this location really needs to be addressed. They acted like I wanted something for free when all I wanted was to assure this didn’t happen again. Until the phone call I had with the 2nd owner this morning I would have returned and gave them...

We wanted to have fun desserts at our wedding on Sat. Sept. 30, so last week me and my husband decided to go into Yonuts in Yukon, OK to see what we could do! When we went into the location we were immediately greeted by the super friendly staff. We let them know we were wanting to order 3 dozen donuts for our wedding that was at the end of the week. They were so excited to be apart of our big day, and helped us pick out some really fun flavors! That Friday afternoon before the wedding we picked up the donuts from their location. Everyone was so sweet and kind and wished us a great wedding.

We kept the donuts in the fridge overnight and for most of the day Saturday. The donuts stayed fresh and moist the whole time. We set out the donuts around 4pm Saturday to be served the rest of the night and it created such a beautiful and fun display at the dessert table! (I will add a picture once I get them in from the photographer) The donuts were a HUGE hit at our wedding. We couldn't keep them on the dessert table long enough! All of them were gone and enjoyed by our guests. They were talked about the whole night and days after.
