Swig — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

My SO and I came around 2:00pm on Saturday 07/15 while shopping around in Yukon. I downloaded the app first so that I could collect rewards. These establishments are popping up around the OKC metro, but neither of us had been to one yet. We both chose 44oz; I got the Buttery Beer and he got The Tropical. The parking lot is right next to Mo Bettah's (it is in Edmond as well) and the drive-thru was a little chaotic, but they had cones up to better direct the traffic to the correct establishment. There was several preselected drink combinations including soda, flavors, and add-ins. I have seen them at both locations have a server outside to collect drink orders, but we were able to place ours through the app. What we both got were great, but we both preferred the Buttery Beer.

These would be great as an occasional treat or if I had to travel across the metro daily for work. They have a rewards program, but I still probably would not stop routinely. I wish they had more sugar free options. I, personally, would not routinely wait in a long line to order just a drink and would likely drive away to Sonic or OnCue. However, there was only person in front of us for our first visit. I don't plan to come often, but will happily come again and try...

I had been to this location multiple times, it is close to where I live and I loved the drinks but I will never go back after the horrible customer service and lack of real follow up from their leadership. They charged my card three separate times for 3 different orders (only one was mine). I had called multiple times after I noticed what they did and could barely get them to answer the phone. I called back immediately after and the person who answered found an earlier order for one of the amounts and refunded that one but couldn’t “find the other.” Once management finally followed up, they asked a few questions and I never heard from them again. They told me to contact my bank as there was nothing they could do… They used my card and there’s nothing they can do?! Only one helpful worker tried to resolve it but she could only do so much as she wasn’t a manager. It’s very wrong that someone at their store...

The drinks were OK overpriced for what you get the cookies, just turned into a giant ball of mush in the cup that they gave us making it almost impossible for the children to be able to eat them individually which caused other issues. The staff did a very good job at getting our order in in a timely manner somewhat similar to Chick-fil-A‘s system, however the creators of the drinks we’re not able to keep up with that speed still causing a significant weight at the window. I don’t believe I will be going back but if you’re looking for something unique different and out of the ordinary, I would suggest stopping here as they have a significant selection of exotic drinks to...
