First time here and it was really good. We went in around 2pm. When we first got there we were seated but we asked for a table closer towards the back since we needed 2 high chairs and didn’t want to be in the major walk way. As we waited 5 minutes for high chairs we were just standing there which was awkward.
The downfall was the floor was dirty, like dirty napkins and trash all under the tables. A waiter even asked me if I had dropped a pacifier under the table behind us as we haven’t even been seated yet and it wasn’t a brand we used.
The time it took to get anything was a bit ridiculous. They weren’t that busy in the lobby. We waited an hour for everything when it took us 5 minutes to eat. When we first got there I seen a couple of tables with 4 people who waited 30 minutes from when we sat down to get their food. We didn’t even get any bread until 20 minutes after we sat down. Im not sure if that’s normal there or not but with 2 babies, it was a bit ridiculous for our liking.
The food was hot, freshly and flavorful. Mine was a bit overwhelming with seasoning that it was a tad too salty but the spice and flavor was good. My husband LOVED his steak and didn’t even need steak sauce to eat it.
I ordered a Sangria and it tasted like heaven.
Our waitress was really nice and very helpful.
Would we go back to dine in? Maybe. For sure take out...
Read moreMy recent meal at Longhorn Steakhouse left a memorable impression for its culinary highs but was slightly tarnished by service and maintenance lows. The highlight without a doubt was the ribeye steak—sliced into succulent perfection, it was the epitome of tender, juicy goodness that one hopes for in a quality steak. Every morsel of the steak was a testament to the kitchen's prowess; it was seasoned with a masterful touch that amplified the natural flavors of the meat, making it an outstanding dish in its own right.
Unfortunately, the experience was somewhat blemished by the less-than-brisk service. While the servers were polite and friendly, the longer waits between courses interrupted the dining momentum. We could feel the lag, which took away from the otherwise flawless culinary experience.
Moreover, the state of the restrooms was a disappointing surprise. Cleanliness, especially in such crucial areas, is imperative and it seemed neglected this time around. A clean and hygienic environment is essential to complement the overall dining ambiance and sadly, on this count, Longhorn Steakhouse fell short.
In summary, the steak at Longhorn Steakhouse is definitely worth visiting for. If the service can catch up to the high standards set by the cuisine, and the cleanliness is brought up to par, there's little else one could want from a steak dining...
Read moreCame here the night after graduation on may 24, we had a party of 11, arrived around 9:15.. the host was trying to figure out where he could put a large party when the manager on duty walked up and was very rude and made it known she did not like big parties, she talked about us as if we weren’t standing right in front of her… we had called earlier in the day trying to make reservations where the lady on the phone was very rude about them not taking reservations… we called after graduation to let them know a party was on the way, trying to be respectful and give them a heads up but they didn’t care… after the manager talked about us as if we weren’t standing there, I walked outside to call another local restaurant to see if they could seat us, they made arrangements for us so I walked back in to tell host to take us off the list and the manager stood there scolding us the whole time… we told the other restaurant how we had just been treated and they went over the top to make sure we had a great experience with them… will not ever come back to this place … if you don’t like large parties then put that on your door, or maybe you should take reservations like normal restaurants… that was a huge tip a server missed out on a huge bill yall...
