🌟 Amanda: The Gem Behind the Bar! 🌟 If you're looking for a bar experience that goes beyond just great drinks, look no further than Amanda at industry. She's not just a bartender; she's a magician of mixology and a beacon of hospitality. From the moment you step up to the bar, Amanda greets you with a warm smile that instantly makes you feel at home. Her genuine friendliness and contagious enthusiasm set the perfect tone for the entire evening. But it's not just about the welcoming atmosphere; Amanda's skills behind the bar are unparalleled. She crafts cocktails with precision and creativity, each one a masterpiece of flavor and balance. Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or a casual drinker, Amanda has a knack for finding the perfect drink to suit your tastes. What truly sets Amanda apart, however, is her exceptional customer service. She doesn't just serve drinks; she creates experiences. She takes the time to chat with each customer, getting to know them personally and making them feel like VIPs. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her patrons shine through in every interaction. Thanks to Amanda, a visit to industry isn't just a night out; it's an unforgettable adventure filled with great drinks, laughter, and memories. If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting Amanda yet, do yourself a favor and stop by the bar. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Observing the operation of this bar proved to be quite an experience. As someone who travels for work and often finds myself dining at late-night establishments, this place satisfies my need for decent food even in the wee hours. The grilled chicken salad was surprisingly delicious, and their beer selection is commendable, boasting two bars and a vault of backstock liquor bottles showcased between them. Yet, the real draw is the entertainment. Whether it's the eccentric people-watching or the eclectic groups of patrons at the bar, there's always something intriguing to observe. The drama among the bartenders, who unabashedly flaunt their natural beauty, adds another layer of excitement. Although the music tends to be slightly too loud, the ambiance feels like it was curated from Pinterest's top trends, creating a unique atmosphere that adds to the experience. Overall, the food was good, the service was decent, and the drama was captivating. You can't complain when it's late and you find a place like this.

We were here tonight, 3/22/2023. It was a beautiful evening and asked to sit outside for our group of 6. We sat outside and there was a group of people a few tables down by the fireplace. The people were not acting crazy but they were smoking. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke. We told our waitress, which her name was Haylee and she was absolutely amazing. The manager went over and asked them tho stop however they were all acting like they were friends. He left and 2 of them started smoking again. I went and found the manager again, he said, again. He told them you need to stop. They did not stop so we had to move so I would not get sick. I am not saying anything bad about smokers however be respectful when it says no smoking and when others are sitting outside. The food was sub-par, I got a chicken, avocado sandwich and there was 2 very little slices of avocado. The pizza was ok, and the fish and chips was ok. We never received an apology from the manager. That would have gone far.

I came in to industry to have a couple of drinks on a Friday evening after a long week at work. I sat at the main bar on the north side of the restaurant. There were two bartenders working that particular area that night. When I sat down, the first bartender took my drink order. Her name was Katelyn. She was really nice. I ordered a 12oz draft of Truly’s. I seen an acquaintance that I knew sitting a couple chairs down from me, so I scooted down the bar a couple of chairs to talk to him for a min. I finished my first glass and the other bartender working, her name is Shannon (long Dark hair with a bunch of cheap looking Tattoos all over her), asked if I wanted another one. I said yes. She poured me a glass and then she went over and said something to Katelyn. I seen Katelyn look my direction for a sec with a bewildered look on her face. I’m assuming Shannon told Katelyn that she was gonna take care of my tab going forward. It didn’t matter to me either way. By the time I left, I drank 8 to 10 Draft Truly’s and 4 green tea shots. I tried to tab out before I left. I handed Shannon my card. The 3 Gentlemen next to me was tabbing out about the same time. She gave me my card back, but apparently she didn’t run my card. I didn’t get a receipt, but I was tired, ready to leave, and pretty buzzed so I didn’t think anything about it. As I’m heading to my house I was about 5 min away and Shannon messaged me saying that I walked my tab. I told her that I tabbed out. She called me and we talked about it for a min and I told her that I’m almost to my house. “Once I get home, I’ll look at my account. If you didn’t run my card, I will send you a picture of it so you can run my card.” We hang up. She calls back 10 seconds later and her manager, the heavier set guy, gets on the phone and starts threatening to ban me from the bar if I don’t pay my tab. I obviously got an attitude with him because I had just told her 10 seconds prior that I would send her my card info in about 5 minutes. Anyways I get home. She had not ran my card, so I sent her my card info. I go to sleep. I wake up the next morning and they had run my card for 230$. Then it dawned on me what had happened. Shannon used to work at this ghetto bar in Midtown called Kongs. The bartenders at Kongs were notorious for running a scheme on their customers. They would either mark a tip out on the receipt and change it to the amount they desired; or if they had somebody’s credit card on file and they forgot to tab out, they would add all kinds of drinks to the tab that the customer didn’t order to raise the price so they could charge the card the legal 20% making the bartender more money. In her case that night she thought that Katelyn had already taken my card when she got me my first drink, but Katelyn didn’t get my card because they all know who I am and I’ve never walked a tab. I also always tip around 30% or more. The sad part about this situation is The manager that I spoke to on the phone that night apparently banned me for whatever reason. Which it doesn’t matter because I don’t want to go to a place where the bartenders steal money from the customers and the managers condone that type of malicious activity. I talked to the general manager the next day about the situation. He said that he would send me the itemized receipt and also look at the camera footage for me to match the drinks up with the receipt. He never did either one. Lol I actually enjoyed going to industry until they hired the girls from kongs to work there. They brought their bad habits over to...

Was not impressed at all! Got there at 7:45pm on a Thursday night. First off hosted told me that sitting outside wasn’t recommended if we wanted fast service.... which should of been our first red flag! We waited a typical 35-45 min (8:30pm) wait except it seemed like we were the only ones waiting for a table? Then our very honest hostess told us our table was ready but had to go find our waitress that should of been red flag #2 but we were all hungry and glad we finally got a table. In the next hour had a hard time getting basic things like drink menus. Once getting a side salad had a hard time getting a fork to eat it with along with dressing! The only nice thing they did was turn a fan off because it was very cold where we were sitting. They did bring out the appetizers which were not very appetizing needless to say but we finally got to put in our dinner order. Waitress came back 5 minutes later to tell us it would be another 45 min before we would get our food and if we still wanted to keep our order in? We asked you to give us a min to decide. We all were very annoyed with this place by then and thought it would be eating around 9:45 to 10pm if we waited. So we decided to cancel our order and told her this was not okay! We had a party of 6 but half of us ordered salads. How hard is it to make a salad? A “manager” came over to our table next to apologize to us for such a long wait. We told her this was crazy we have already been sitting here waiting for everything and then was told another 45 minutes for food and that if we were warned at the beginning the true wait time we would of just went somewhere else! She made excuses of being short staffed... we asked her where is her boss was in all of this and she said her boss was not available to help her manage this place and she asked him to come in and he said for her to just handle it. This was unusual to hear from a manger and was already more annoyed at the way she was handling the situation! After hearing all that and she wasnt implying doing anything for the inconvenience of their service. I finally just said okay well our appetizers we are not going to pay for and we will pick up our own drinks. The Manager said oh yes of coarse we were going to do that for you girls anyways. One of my friends said well it’s not coming out of your paycheck and the manager said yes it is actually trying to make us feel bad for demanding that they should be picking up our food tab. It’s really sad for a brand new restaurant to open and not be staffed and the staff they do have not be trained and not have in flavorful appetizers! We didn’t get to even see if the dinners were going be decent but a hunch would tell me probably not! I read someone else’s review to give it a couple weeks but come people in the real world it takes time to hire and train and actually keep the people you hire to stay. They did not start off well and having the sad story of a manager handle our situation the way she did. I’m sure that’s another reason why they don’t have people to work for them. So I give that place 6 months before someone talks me into trying that place again! We left and went to Republic and had a wonderful dinner and it took them only 20 min to get us our food! Yes we told them our awful experience at the Industry and they brought us a complimentary pretzel off their appetizer menu since they knew we were so hungry. Thank you Republic for saving our night! Industry you have a lot...

You cant make this up. My. Wife and I are new to town from Orlando. We LOVE the different eateries OKC area has to offer. We workout at Lifetime Fitness up the road and decided to give this place a try because it always seems to have alot of business which USUALLY a sign of a well ran establishment. Im not saying this place has no standards butbon this particular day 10/27/24 the standard of food service 101 was no where in sight. We sit outside, order water as we make our decisionon our food and things seem okay as we are taking in the vibe. Our waitress comes back with our UNCOVERED STRAWS GRIPPED IN HER HAND and our waters amd sets our BARE UNCOVERED STRAWSBON THE TABLE TOP next to our waters. Immediately turned off. I have NEVER SEEN a food server do this let alone a healthy practice teach this to their employees. I was disgusted. And the table had crumbs. I told my wife i shiuld speak to the manager ((not ti cause a scence) to inform them of this happening. (because surely this cant be the standard) but my wife told me to just pray over the WATERS because we honestly wanted to try this place. We ordered alcoholic drinks(because i needed one at that point) and she bringsbour old fashions in these cloudy water stained glasses. I AGAIN was like WHO DOES THIS as a restaurant! Nn how can you LOOK at these glases and tell yourself they were acceptable to send out. I was ready to go at that point. The appetizers were accompanied by dirty saucers. I tell our waitress i want a to go box for my order and she comes back and proceeds to tell me “ we dont have any to go boxes is there anything else i cant get for you?”. LOL YOU CANT MAKE THIS UP!!! So im like “so what does that mean , i cant take my food with me?”. She responds “ let me go look again because just like my food runner said there wasnt any A-1 sauce for my wife's steak( and there was) there may be to go boxes ” .....WTF.... Then magically she shows uo with ONE to go box and my wife says “ is there only one?” and the waitress says “yes” .... LOL I HAVE TO LAUGH BECAUSE THE SERVICE WAS SO BAD THAT IT FELT LIKE A PRANK. This food runner walks around asking every table AND I QUOTE “ Did you order THIS?” literally not even explaining what THIS is. I have NEVER experienced such TERRIBLE awareness or food service. The MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I blame him. Not these young kids working. DO BETTER . Out of morale obligation to YOUR PROFESSION. And I dont even write reviews but this CANT BE THE STANDARD! Thr girl gripped our bare straws tighter than a 45lb dumbell and Football spikes them on table im guessing in the same of the NFL. (exaggerating here) but thats what it felt like....
