SILVER ACCENTS — Local services in Oklahoma City

Nice little boutique with a relatively small storefront that still has a cute selection of clothes, a little jewelry, some OU & OSU merch candles, and odds and ends even though it's not a large store. I'm not sure who their target audience is but it sways younger to me. Probably not much of any clothes for plus sized customers unless I just hadn't noticed those options. There's a lot in the store so it can be visually overwhelming at first, but take your time to walk around it and you'll probably end up making some purchases.

Boutique stuff and boutique prices so it's not the cheapest place to shop.

Convenient location by the mall. High traffic area so it's not the quickest area to drive through.

Limited store hours, closes at 6 pm.

I don't see why another customer rated them a 1 because the store followed their published return & exchange policy. The customer isn't busy enough to shop at a boutique, but then is too busy to return her purchases within 14 days so she rates the store a 1- bad store? I decided to visit the store after months of following their posts on Instagram. There were two younger girls working the Saturday that I stopped by. Everything is spread out which makes it difficult to stop. The clothing is reasonably priced but cheaply made. Once I got into a fitting room no one checked on me to see if I needed another size or anything. I had to get dressed and go back into the store to get the item I needed.There was just me and another lady in the store. The girls working were busy talking to each other. After deciding that nothing worked, they acknowledge that I was not purchasing anything. They didn't say thank you for coming in or anything. They just gave me a terrible look. I am all about shopping local but I will never go into that Silver Accents or recommend it to anyone. Terrible...

**FURTHER TO MY REVIEW BELOW - the company have refunded the cost of the shoes but kept my postage cost of $30us despite having not even sent the order and still no correspondence received - just an email from PayPal advising of partial refund.
