Took my iPhone in for a screen replacement, made an appointment online and was quick to get me checked in and paid for. Was told it would take 2 hours max. Would have been a great experience besides the fact that they forgot to call me back to tell me the phone was done, so we waited around for almost 4 hours in the city, after calling twice and getting told it was still getting worked on I finally went back in Best Buy and it had been done for I don’t know how long. Was maybe just miscommunication between switching shifts but was very annoying. Drove two hours for fast service but ended up being an all day thing. They partner with apple so if you have apple care, you can get your screen replaced for pretty cheap, which was a nice surprise- and they did do a great job, were very nice and courteous in store- just had to wait a long time. Whoever you guys have working on the phones needs to learn the English language. Had a hard time communicating with her both times I called to check on my phone and I’m almost positive she didn’t even check on the status...
Read moredon’t know if this is the worst Best Buy in OKC or the most negligent. As a Apple customer who pays for apple care I expect the best or even half decent customer service available. The Geek SQUAD DID NOT call, email, text or leave a message letting me know they did not have the equipment to fix my phone. This resulted in me driving an hr and a half to be told to turn around and reschedule for next week. Another thing if someone make an appointment make sure to look at the description to make sure you don’t waste my ones time. And I hate to tell you but simpling saying sorry retired is not enough. I understand it sounds good to tell customers that you tried contacting them or emailing them even when they read it back to you, BUT THEY NEVER DO. I specifically and referencing the employee Abraham. Thank god Abraham in the Bible did his job correctly for the other Abrahams that can’t. Read moreCalled Geek Squad on Monday around 10:30am after 15 min. wait time, they told me the earliest they could be here to fix the computer would 3/30/22 7am-12pm. I said that would be ok. They didn't give me a case# nor a work order #. Today is 3/30/22 3:30pm they never showed up nor called. Just got off the phone with them after being hung up on after waiting 15 min. I called back was on hold another 50 min to only be told I would have to call another #. I called them and now they want payment before they show up and are stating it starts at $200.00. What are they thinking, they already didn't show up for one appointment and they want me to pay in advance I don't think I will be using them in the future if this is how they treat...
