Would give 5 stars, but something needs to be done about Sarah’s attitude. My husband and I came through and she came out to get our order. Didn’t say hi or anything, just “what do you want”. I gave her my order, however, we’re trying to get my husband off of energy drinks, so we wanted drink recommendations for him. So I politely told her that I’ll need to ask Lacee about his drink. (My husband and I are friends with Lacee and the other Sarah). This Sarah then looks at me with an attitude and says “you really don’t know what you want to order?”. So I looked at her and said once again, “we are going to get a drink recommendation from our friend Lacee”. She then sighed with an attitude and stormed off.
In my opinion, if an interaction as simple as taking an order causes so much irritation for a person, they probably shouldn’t be doing it. I’ve worked at a few chain coffee shops myself. I know that there are customers that aren’t polite and the job isn’t always easy, but this is the second time that my husband and I have had an interaction like this with her and it really puts a bad look on this Dutch bros location. The only reason we still return is because of Lacee, Sarah, and the rest of the crew who has been so sweet to us. As for Sarah, something needs to be done about...
Read moreVery frustrated after my experience here today. I had an appointment at 1 am figured I would get myself a warm drink before hand and then drive around, so I drove into the line for this location at 12:10ish. I noticed cars leaving because the wait was so long. No cars even moved for about ten minutes. I contemplated also leaving, but figured I was already in line and had waited already. There were no car hops outside, so I assumed they were short staffed. I didn’t pull up to the window until 12:50. I could see that they were in fact not short staffed and that there were two workers besides the one taking my order, both of which were not really helping the other worker. I was frustrated since I had assumed it was one person struggling with orders, but it was just three teens standing around not seeming to be aware they have people who have been eating almost an hour. I got my coffee and drove off, took a drink and it was the worst drink from Dutch bros I have even bought. I have been a barista for 2 years, so I could tell the milk was not steamed right and was burnt. I’m disappointed that I tried to give the workers the benifit of the doubt and my experience was still bad. Will not be returning to Dutch bros...
