I went in with my daughter and we went to try on some clothes and she had a few jeans to try on. A young man let us in and he had to unlock the doors to let us in. Apparently her door lock did not work. We were not in there, but maybe two minutes and I heard a knock on one of the stalls and someone opened and apparently checked a stall. I got done with my trying on and went out to wait on her. She came out and was very upset saying that some guy walked in on her. I said I heard a knock and she said yes, but he did not knock on my door. He just opened it. She went to put all the jeans back on the rack and I asked the older gentleman behind the counter about it and he said itās our policy to knock he mustāve knocked and I told him she said he did NOT knock on HER door. He just opened it and he said he had to because itās our policy. No apology whatsoever he just said it had to a be of customer. I said then why would he knock on one door and open it like the employees to but not knock on her door as if he knew her lock was broken She was so upset. She didnāt want any of the jeans. We went out to the car and I said do you want me to go back in and say something she said yes. I go back in and there is a blonde lady, standing by the door. I thought sheās a woman so she would understand. Every time I try to say something, she literally shot back at me with no that canāt be our policy is that they knock on the doors when they open? I said, my daughter said that he did NOT knock. She said he had to. I said no he didnāt. My daughter said also, after he open the door and then closed it he was snickering. She heard him snickering. She said he mustāve just been embarrassed. She literally would not let me get a word out of my mouth before she came right back at me and shut me up. Very sus. I will never go back there again if I could give negative stars, I would. My daughter is so paranoid that he may have had his phone with him and recorded her. I think the whole thing was planned and the owner and his wife are covering it up for whatever...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have always been a loyal customer here. Aside from buying my horse feed from there, I have continued to come back because I have always liked their clothing and products when I could afford them. However, I have recently had a bad experience there, and I think I will take my business elsewhere from now on (it'd be cheaper to do so anyway). I went in Frontier a few days ago with the intentions of purchasing my son boots for his upcoming birthday. Before purchasing, I specifically asked if they could be returned (in case he didn't like them, or they fit weird). I was told returning them would not be a problem, so long as I did so within 14 days. As luck would have it (I'd have no luck if it weren't bad luck), I had a rather serious personal issue come up 2 days later. Being a single mom, I needed my money back. As it were, I was already a little down about having to return something my son had specifically asked for his birthday. I arrived to return the boots (I'd also like to note that it isn't my son's birthday yet, so those boots were still untouched in that box they came in), only to be told "It's against our policy to refund money. We can, however, give you a gift card." I then informed him that I was told the day I purchased them, that I could return the item so long as I did so within14 days. To which he replied, "It clearly states at the bottom of your receipt that we don't do cash or card refunds." Low and behold, there it was. Apparently, you have to purchase the item before you are able to find out that there will never be any way to get your money back from that company. I am very disappointed in this store. I find it very unprofessional that I was not informed of that when I asked before I purchased the item. In my opinion, only being allowed the option of a gift card upon return is not a return. It's an item exchange. This experience has left me put out, and feeling...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently went in to price shop for a pair of boots. To my dismay, I was a victim of racial profiling. I previously visited the store earlier that morning. When I went for a second visit, a young man behind the counter was staring at me as if I was a unpaying customer. As I walked toward the back to look at the boots again, he followed me. Furthermore, as I was looking at the products, he began to closely monitor my actions by continuously walking back and forth. None the less, I asked him, If I could help him. He was very lost for words at this point. I also stated I was a highly paid professional and didn't need to be monitored or watched so closely because I wasn't attempting to steal anything. After the conversation with him, I grabbed the boots in which I was thinking about purchasing and took them to the counter for purchase. I could have easily decided to walk out and take my business else where. In addition, please take a look at your cameras for Jan 17th around 10: 00 am. This type of behavior is unacceptable and SHOULD NOT BE a habitual practice. Please speak with your staff about racial...
