I had called the store and spoke with Alyssa to get pricing information and availability of inventory. I had planned to just go in after work to pick up my items. After looking at the Website, I found that there was an In-Store pickup option, where they would send a message to that location, and have them hold the items. Having made The hold I wanted, I had called back and spoke with Alyssa to make sure She got the request from the webpage and if I could add a few more items. She was more than helpful and told me all the items were set aside. I showed up to the store where I was greeted by Alyssa once again, who looked like she was the only employee working that day. She was helping a customer check out when I came and still said hello to me as I walked in. After a quick browse of the store, I got up to the counter and let her know who I was and that I was coming in to pick up my order. She was very Professionally dressed, very well spoken, gave me lots of cool info about new things coming out and what she had been playing recently. She even was wearing the same kind of Gunnar Anti-Glare glasses I wear during my longer nerd sessions.
I have been to this location a few times, and typically every time I have gone, the experience was less than stellar. A lot of the reps that use to work there were typically not well kept. One rep even had really awful B.O. However this time, I was very impressed by everything. Way to go Alyssa! Thanks to your awesome customer service, manner and overall coolness, you single handedly secured my customer loyalty to the Cooperpoint GameStop store. Well, at least until you don't work there anymore.

I get inside the store and they continue to ask me 50 questions about what i was coming into the store for. Most of these questions were normal but if someone says they are just browsing maybe leave them alone and have them come to you if they have questions. I felt like I was being interrogated. I am an avid gamer and have been to many GameStop locations all across United States. Never in my life have I been treated with such poor customer service. I waited in line for over 30 minutes, and upon finally getting to the counter was told that I would not be able to trade in my game in because it was shrink-wrapped.
I was given no other reason then that is their policy.
There is no posting of this anywhere!
I have never been told this before! I have traded in hundreds of dollars worth of games in my lifetime.
I had driven an hour to get there, waited in line for that long, and was treated as though I was trying to trade in a stolen game.
