Edit- from the response I got on my initial review I called the number (link didn’t work) and I was given a $5 credit for my awful experiences, so today I gave them another shot…but still I can’t change my awful review. My food was brought quickly this time and fries were…. Edible but just not good overly greasy and idk it just tastes like they are using old fry grease to me leaves a weird aftertaste. & The burger was again mushy, even though it was brought promptly and this time. it had a really awful taste I couldn’t put my finger on & this was new but it was so wretched I spit it out in the bag I couldn’t even choke it down. chalked it up to this place is only getting worse since opening & I have to stop giving them any more chances . *initial review * After many horrible experiences but yesterday was the topper that lost me as a customer. Served Disgusting soggy food after 30+ minute wait, horrible customer service. Upon arrival there were 4 cars in the parking lot slots & 1 car in the drive thru. I had ordered online and checked in within about 3 minutes. When you check in ,the menu board at your parking space welcomes you with your name as it did in my case so no indication of any issues. After over 1/2 hour wait I pushed the call button to inquire about my order. I didn’t push the call button sooner because these long waits are typical here, I’ve waited 20 minutes numerous times for a jr cheeseburger so I really didn’t think much of it. When the girl brought me my food she said oh the online system didn’t check you in (even though it greeted me on the board & said my order would be out) really I didn’t believe that as it happens all the time. But regardless if their system didn’t tell them and my food sat there for 30 minutes I think maybe they should give me fresh food. But it took me so long. , I had to listen to my kid wine the whole time about how long it was taking and I was hungry & didn’t want to wait another 1/2 hour for a simple jr cheeseburger & fries so I attempted to choke it down immediately. The burger was cold, bun was soggy, the lettuce had been sitting on a hot burger so long so it was just hot slimy mush same with the Tomato. But the fries …. I’ve NEVER even seen fries turn into a mushy pile of grease like this. They all stuck together in a big wad of greasy mush. I thought I could handle the grease & mush but even the taste was off like it was old nast fryer grease maybe. Especially lame because I left another more reliable fast food place to come to sonic thinking it would be better quality food. Read moreI ordered 4 pretzel twists, a corn dog kids meal with applesauce, an order of 4 mozzarella sticks and 2 orders of cinnamon desert treats. My son and I waited 17 minutes for our food. The lady told me my total and I thought it seemed high, but whatever... prices have increased due to the minimum wage increase, right? When she brought me my food, (She was a manager because she was telling me how ALL of the employees were trainees.. in fact, that was her excuse as to why my order was so messed up. She took NO responsibility for anything) anyhow, when she brought the food, she took my payment of 33 dollars and was supposed to return with mustard. At that time, I checked the bags for my items. Inside I found EIGHT pretzel twists, the mozzarella sticks, the desert items and that was all. no kids meal and TWICE the amount of pretzel twists. at 2 dollars a piece I thought "that explains the high total!) I pressed the red button to request someone and she came on the intercom. I let her know the items I ordered were not in the bag and it was wrong. She came out and apologized, saying all of her people inside were in training. I asked "did I pay for all 8 twists because I only wanted 4 and she replied with "yes you did". She brought me back the kids meal and 7 dollars. Her words were "I think your change should be 6 something but I am just going to give you 7 dollars. Before I could process it all, she was handing me the 7 dollars and walking away. I was so furious at that point, I thought "okay, I will get the food home to my kids and figure it out from there" She said that since we already had the food in the bag, we could keep it. Well, geeze, THANKS?? Anyhow, I got home and when I gave my 5 year old his kids meal, there was no applesauce and the corn dog was burnt SO badly that it cracked down the side of the cornbread and the hot dog was crispy!!! He could not eat it at all and I was so tired at that point that taking it all the way back, was not worth it. I know now that she did not give a proper refund and had I seen the kids meal before leaving, I would have taken ALL OF THE FOOD in and requested a full refund. I am so unbelievably disappointed by the quality of food, service and the extremely long wait for the food. Read moreI went to Sonic last night to get a smash burger and a drink for my kids. I ordered on the app upon arriving so it wouldn't take too long as it was getting late. It ended up taking the girls working over 20 minutes to bring out my food (4 whole items) after I checked in on the app. They were playing around in the parking lot before I checked in, so I knew they weren't that busy at almost 9pm on a Tuesday. The ladies working all came out of the back door laughing and playing around again when bringing out my order. I then opened my burger to find cheese and onions on it. Which wouldn't be a big deal, but Im allergic to dairy products and raw onions. Sonic has a pretty awesome cross contamination ethic, so I figured it would be okay to special order my burger without those items, as I have many times before. I drove over to the drive-thru window and explained what was going on. The young girl working immediately started cussing about the burger being made wrong. She took it back and said they would remake it exactly the same, but without cheese and onions on it. It then took them over 15 minutes to remake one burger for me. I should have known better than to drive away and not check it first. As soon as I opened the burger up, I noticed it was literally just a couple patties, a little bit of sauce, and a ton of onions on it. At that point I knew it was a lost cause, and I just needed to throw the burger away and head home. The three ladies I could see working, were just playing around and having a fun time the whole time we sat there waiting. There were no cars in the drive-thru but myself, and nobody in the car hop area at all. The girl cussing about the burger being made wrong, was the only one running around doing anything. While the other 2 girls were hiding in the back, playing around the whole 45 minutes I was there. I am very dissatisfied, and will not return to this location ever again.
