If I could leave no stars that would be more acceptable. The young man working tonight doesn’t know what he is doing. He was more concerned with chatting with his friends the concentrating on what he needs to do. While making the BMT he grabbed a handful of pepperoni, started putting them on the sandwich when he dropped a slice in the catch all! He picked it up put back in his hand and proceeded to put the pep on the sandwich! While his friends are laughing loudly and cursing about a video they were watching. When the young boy making the sandwich gets to the sauces he puts it on the very tip top as he had no space for not building the sand which correctly to put any of the veggies actually on it! So the sauce was basically on the outside! Not to mention the smell of the place is horrid and the gunk built up on the fan y’all have blowing right on all of the open food! I will never be back! Disgusting! Horrible customer service! Hiring children who could care less how to keep a place running properly!...
Read moreThe service in subways have gone down the toilet. Young guy with ear buds in that made my sandwich absolutely smashed down the bread as hard as her could while he was cutting it. I also had to repeat myself a few times. So I’m basically just eating a flatbread sandwich now. Then the next customer in line behind me gets rung up at the cash register before me, for whatever reason the guy behind the counter making his sandwich just decided to go around the guy that was wrapping mine while I’m standing at the cash register… no one in this subway including the other customer has heard of common decency. Owners of these places don’t care though, they just want their money. I genuinely hope this one goes out of business. Absolutely terrible store and employees. $20 for a subway sandwich, cookies and chips.. lol it’s become a joke. And don’t worry I made sure to firmly press NO...
Read moreThe employees made spending $55 on 2 and half sandwiches a horrible experience. They both were wearing earbuds making me repeat ever word. No professionalism or personality. I felt like I was burdening them by ordering food. My “Sandwich Artist” went to the register, pressed buttons, and came back without changing gloves and rolled his eyes when I asked him to change gloves. I drove 15 minutes home to find out my daughter’s sub has moldy bread. I drove back and had them remake the sandwich. No apology or offer to refund the sub. He was like “what do you want me to do about it?”. I had to tell him to remake it and again no personality or professionalism. Both employers would even talk to the customers in the store. This subway has gone downhill in quality, customer service, but up price. No more value for this...
