Do not buy anything from this store. I have had nothing but a mind aggravating experience with them. After being told everything is about a month out i placed my order in August of 2023. I received my last items in late December of 2023. 1/2 my chairs were made in the wrong color. They ordered extra items and delivered them that were not on the confirmation without saying a word and then called me in February to ask where payment was on them. They have been out 4 times to fix a simple desk lock and can't get it right. The furniture when originally installed was of poor installlation. When I ask where the rest of my furniture is and when it will be here I wait 3 weeks for a reply. I just built a new facitlity and of all of the contractors i worked with these guys were the absolute worst. Everything that could go wrong has. Not once has my salesperson came out to check on the job or sent a manager to figure out why we had so many issues. I regret the entire process and if I could return it all and start over I would tomorrow. I should have taken the hint when I was late for a meeting with my sales person by ten minutes while i was trying to find parking and the first words to me where "I have another meeting in 20 minutes so you need to decide everything in 20 minutes". I get it I was the late one (but when I called to say I was going to be ten minutes late she didn't pick up the phone or even acknowledge the call when I got there) but there could have been another approach to that situation. I now realize that my 70k transaction is not a big enough purchase to get their attention. They must be to focused on the big...

Bought a chair for my home office. Was great exploring the show room and used and outlet floors. A TON of stuff to look. Ended up finding a chair with the exact options, exact color, and at the bottom of my price range! All the staff was super nice and helpful, from front desk, to salesmen, to cashier and the man helping me load up the chair. Highly recommend. Only wish they were open later or on the weekends so I could go...

Been looking for desks and filing Cabinets an a chair ,went to furniture mart looked at a couple other locations and they We're not worth bringing home.
