PepperJax Grill — Restaurant in Omaha

I'm sorry but this was horrible. I stopped at this location after shopping with my kids, my mom, my sister and her kids. I spent over $37 my sister spent over $35... From the moment we stepped in the staffs dimenuer and additude was negative. First before any food was ordered my mom wanted a bottled water. The guy at the counter insisted that my mom get a cup of water. My mom said sir I'm gonna pay for a bottled water. Then the MOD came out and said they were out of Chips, Nachos, and chicken tenders which was a lie. About 5 minutes later they sold tenders in the drive thru. My daughter touched the Easter decorations and MOD very rudely said "Don't touch those stay off the window". I almost left then but we stayed. Mini corn dogs were burnt. Philly was dry. The MOD made it a point to come over and say "we close at 10" when it was 9:23pm. Then the same lady pulled the pop nozzles at 9:42 laughed about saying I'm pulling these early. 4-15-2022... I didn't get my whole order. The employees were unfriendly and unhelpful. The front counter girl was running around and appeared to either be untrained or very confused. She had absolutely no customer service skills when she came back around the counter from messing with one of the customers in the dining area. I got greeted with "Yeah, what can I get you". They were out of the flavor of chips I ordered and at first the girl just said they were out of chips. Then when I asked about the ones on the counter, she said "Yeah, you can grab some of those". When I got home the food was ice cold, the meat on my sandwich was cooked to death, as in almost black and crusty, and the cheese wasn't even melted into the sandwich. One of the worst experiences I've had with this company. Now there are 2 area locations I will never go to again. I am considering not spending any more of my money with this company just out of principle. This is the 4th awful experience with this company but the first at this location.
