“Runs”. Meaning that customers give you business, and you should treat the customers correct. I do see more posts about how I feel about this establishment. Honestly it is good for your business to accept and fix issues. That’s why there is reviews to help. If spending more time answering reviews and getting defensive rather than improving CUSTOMER service takes more priority than that’s up to you. I really didn’t want to post exactly why I’m leaving a negative review, because I feel that it may have been a bad day for an employee but I am now. I went to have a Cuban bracelet fixed and the lady greeted me perfectly fine— “Hello, how may I help you etc, etc….” I told her (lady with blonde/short hair) by the way what is her name????? Anyways…. I needed a clasp fixed, she went to the Jeweler at the back with my broken clasp that she put in a small, clear zip lock bag, they discussed and she came back and told me it would be 40$ and it will take 3 weeks. I respectfully told her no, I am unable to wait that long. When she heard that, she literally dropped the small bag with my clasp on the glass table and didn’t even acknowledge me or show respect for my decision, and walked away. I should’ve just went somewhere else looking back on it after catching that initial vibe from them. Paid over $1000 to have my ring repaired only to pick it up and see that they had damaged the band when fixing the jewel. It was totally misshapen and crooked. When I pointed it out, they argued with me and seemed annoyed, but agreed to repair it. I came back the next day to pick it up, and it still was crooked and now it had crimp marks in the band. The jeweler said it was probably “the best the could do.” It looked bad and I started crying. I really didn’t know what to do. Then he took it from me and in five minutes, had it in much better shape but still crooked. He handed it back to me. No sorry, no nothing. I left in tears.
