I placed an Uber Eats order for the solar eclipse donuts the night before the eclipse. My order arrived that night and it was someone else's order (no eclipse donuts). I called the store and they suggested I pick them up, which I could not do. The manager then said if I could pick my order up in the morning, he would refund my order and wrap up my donuts, label them, and have them waiting for me in the morning. When I arrived with hungry, excited children in tow, this location informed me they had thrown away all orders from the night before and they were already out of the eclipse donuts that morning. Additionally, the manager had not refunded my order and I had to contact Uber Eats myself. When I asked the location for two free donuts for my disappointed children, the manager gave me two plain glazed reluctantly and made me feel like a Karen for asking. Read moreI had to stop by to grab my free dozen of glazed donuts for my birthday. My friend and I ran in to order and grab coffees. They were not crazy busy but steady in the drive-thru when we walked in. We had to wait a couple of minutes to order, but it appeared they were in the middle of shift changes as well. There was a guy weaving in and out of people trying to clock out I think while one of the another employee was trying to grab our order. Two other employees were making coffee orders and moving around the cash register. My friend ordered a black coffee while I tried the caramel mocha. My coffee was hot but tasted more like hot chocolate than coffee. It was very good tasting but surprised me buy the lack of coffee taste. Our donuts tasted great as usual.
