Called ahead to make sure an item was in stock for Father's Day. Told over the phone the cost per box, and how many items in the box. When I went to purchase the staff member tried to charge me 25% more, saying it was only sold per piece, not per box. The web site clearly showed per box price as well. I finally managed to get the price down to almost the normal listed price and considered it good enough. The staff person said "Well, we're a licensee" when confronted on the pricing discrepancy.

Will probably purchase See's candy again, but the local store has left such a bad taste in my mouth I'm more willing to pay for shipping so I don't have to deal with the staff or pricing...
