Put an order in on the app. And I get there and they are out of cookies. I ordered 2 dozen. I wasn't told they were out until I got there that they didn't have any, and that they dont make cookies after 2pm. I wasn't even offered anything at first. I was just told I wasn't getting them. At first I thought he was kidding, but he wasnt. Then I was waiting for the manager to come out and talk to me about getting them refunded. The manager never came out, someone else came and spoke to me(another team member I'm assuming) and just said my manager said we can refund the whole order, that's it. I don't believe that but ok. And the only way to get the bogo I ordered was to put a whole new order in on the app. The two gentleman up front were very nice about it, but when someone wants to talk to a manager about a refund, the manager needs to come out and talk to the customer. It is your job as a manager to handle situations like that. Oh and I had to download the app(cuz my friend put the order in on her app) and place a new order. My sandwiches were already made and just sitting there at this point getting soggy. What should have been a quick trip, ended up taking about 45 minutes. Most of the time the workers are in terrible moods at 10am but that is to be expected no one is happy at work in the morning. Nonetheless most of the time I get my food in a timely manner. But today a certain new employee tried to charge me $9 for a 6" spicy italian. She wouldnt budge...... Im not paying that as its not labeled on the menu and a footlong steak and cheese is the same price. The manager wouldnt work with me and I was treated very rudely. I wont be frequenting this establishment anymore and I know of at least 10 daily customers that wont be either. One bad experience can destroy 100 good ones and thats what happened here. After waiting a couple minutes, someone came out and was deep in conversation with another employee from the back and finished the conversation before addressing us. She was not friendly at all. Acted like she hated her job and like everything was a big deal to have to do, like toast the bread. And put toppings on the sandwiches. We paid and she asked if I wanted a receipt. I said, no thank you and she said, yep and walked away. Did not say anything like have a nice day or thanks or anything .
