This place treats customers with passive aggressiveness. They are so nice about treating you differently. There were four customers in the store yet we all got treated differently, including not even getting a sample. I spent more money than any of the other customers yet I got the least. My box was a mess that would close yet the employee continued to aske me 'what else' when I received my box I was stocked to see it would not close. It was held by tape which spilled out into the bag as we drove home (10 minutes) from the store. I will never go back to this store. FYI I buy a pound of Sees at least twice a month. Spending over $100 on candy. I don't expect to be treated like this as a loyal customer. No customer should be openly treated differently than...

I wanted to give a big Thank you and shout out to Jocelyn at the Ontario store. She was extremely helpful gave me good suggestions while allow me to stay within budget. She was also very patient with me and when the store became busy while she was wrapping my gifts she asked for help from her coworker in the back the co worker responded “she needs to wait, you need to stop wrapping to help the others”, she remain calm and politely asked me if I wanted to take the string home so I can finish wrapping. Just wanted to give Jessica and her manager and the entire staff at this Ontario location across from the movie theater a shout out!! Whoo hoo!!! I called a few days ago to complain about my order and Jessica corrected my order and told me whenever I was able to come back she’d fulfill my order. I went in today and she even gave me a little present in top of my corrected order, which nobody has ever done, to apologize and make it right! Now, THAT is customer service!
