Dear Everyone and Manager At Blooming Dale Outlet :
My family and I went and bought one dress at here on August,04. 2024 about 1:30 pmm to 2:30 Pm -at Bloomingdale's Outlet, 20 City Blvd W Suite L-1325, Orange, CA 92868. When I saw the shoes on sale but the price not clear. Andthen, I went to Customer Service for check price . The first problem : when I get line for check price and She pointed as if she was signaling me like a dog being shown the way to her place as in the uploaded clip. But I have a big problem with Customer Service . The second problem : when I got to her. I asked her for check price thoes shoes in system but she told me that, “ the price same the tag in shoes”. I told her that,” I need to know the exact price inside the system, check price for me” ( Sometime, I know the price in the system will be different from the price tag ) and she refused to check the price in the system. She still said the price was the same as the price tag in shoes. OMG!!!! What happened with me in Customer Service of Blloomingdale Outlet. Maybe I'm look poor young girl that's why She Treats Me like or I Don’t speak English. The person who charged my family when my family bought the dress was someone else, she was very friendly and that receipt my aunt brought back to Texas. And the person I asked the price of the shoes and the contempt from her at the checkout counter was someone else. Because she did not resolve the issue when I asked the price on the system, I did not buy and did not have a reciept. I remember she was wearing a long blue dress, she was Vietnamese and I asked her name she said her name was lyn or Linh. If possible you can check the camera at August 04, 2024 around 1:30pm to 2:30pm. And this is the picture when I wore this outfit and took a picture at the store. Read moreI don’t recommend to shop here ,1st of all quality is so low it’s not BLOOMINGDALE’s quality or style at all I came twice first time ,I was driving around saw it accidentally next time I drove all the way 55 minutes to return an item ,cause they don’t have any convenience to return to regular BLOOMINGDALE’s that is next to you . Also the line was very long extremely moving slow So I approached the manager at the front and asked her to ask for a back up she said she has all her staff in the front already which i doubt it’s true because they have only four registers three were working so slowly and the people waiting in line were over 50 people . The Only good thing they said you can ship it back without an RMA number which cannot be trusted it cab get lost because I was returning a GUCCI BAG I don’t want to mail that without an RMA number this is really inconvenient I won’t come back. Read moreWaiting in line there was a lady ahead of me requesting another register be opened because she had been waiting for 15 minutes. I had been there for about 5 the supervisor walked passed us without letting her get a word in. I then realized someone had spilled water in the aisle. Yes, there was a safety issue but a simple I have a store/customer safety priority I will be right back would have gone a long way. Even an I'm sorry ma'am to the lady that was ignored. The customer was complaining to the lady who opened the register as I was helped at a register next to her. I did make sure to tell the supervisor this and she was very apologetic with me but I'm sure I was not who needed the apologies. It is a difficult job, there's a learning curve and there were many people on the floor whom could have helped. Prices are ok but not what I expect...
