Yesterday, I purchased 2 full mattresses, 2 foundations and 2 mattress covers from the Casper Pinecrest Store. I had attempted to make this purchase online, with Casper but, after 5 phone calls, that consisted of holding for 10 minutes or more, each time, being transferred from one agent to another, promising to send links that were never received and not finishing the orders, I decided I had had Enough! I was just going to leave and go shop at several furniture stores in Cleveland. I was interested in a Casper Mattress, but open to other brands. I did some research, and saw that we had a Casper store in Pinecrest, so, I thought I’d give that a try. I phoned the Pinecrest Casper store, and spoke with Jeffrey. I was immediately impressed! I was treated with respect, asked about my specific needs, received kind and intelligent explanations, without incident, or continually being put on hold. The best part was that I successfully completed my purchase as an informed consumer, after dealing with an employee, Jeffrey, who truly cared! Read moreUNTRUSTWORTHY. Our supposedly new adjustable base arrived with holes in it. There were paint marks on the bottom of the frame where it had previously been scraped up against a wall. Plus, the two sides of the base (for a king mattress) wouldn’t sync up appropriately. One side always lagged about two to three inches behind the other. Overall, it had clearly been used. When we contacted customer service, they told us they would replace it…and then they did nothing. They didn’t follow up on anything they said they would do. Now we are trying to get the right person on the phone to get them to come collect this piece of junk and give us our money back. Don’t waste...

After hanging out for a bit, I told him depending on what offers I find online would determine rather, I would be back to purchase in store. It just so happens that today I received an email regarding the President's Day sale. I had my cart ready to go but thought about how kind Jeffrey was to me while I was in the store.
