A female answered the phone at the Pinecrest location in Beachwood, Ohio. She did not give me her name. I needed help placing an order and using a rewards coupon. This woman was impatient and short with me, interrupting me and being curt. She hung up loudly on me. She did place the order and I am grateful for that, but her attitude left a bad memory. I have had the same interactions with her before in person.

After confirming my email 3 times, the associate continued to enter it wrong and over a month later I still don’t have my gift card. I’ve made numerous phone calls to their customer service, each call lasting well over 30 minutes. They keep entering my email and address wrong.
