A female answered the phone at the Pinecrest location in Beachwood, Ohio. She did not give me her name. I needed help placing an order and using a rewards coupon. This woman was impatient and short with me, interrupting me and being curt. She hung up loudly on me. She did place the order and I am grateful for that, but her attitude left a bad memory. I have had the same interactions with her before in person.

Poor customer service. They were busy and did acknowledge me n said they would be with me shortly. I walked around the store looking. They customers they were helping were finished and walked past me ,going out the door. The woman who said she would help me disappeared into the back room. A person who was stalking the shelves did ask me if I was looking for something. I told her they may want to put a price tag on the item I was looking at. She told me an about price . She could look it up. Absolutely horrible staff. Returned an item with the receipt for store credit, because I planned on picking other merchandise out. After confirming my email 3 times, the associate continued to enter it wrong and over a month later I still don’t have my gift card. I’ve made numerous phone calls to their customer service, each call lasting well over 30 minutes. They keep entering my email and address wrong. The gift card is over $450 and all they can tell me is that it’s in the mail, but have no tracking number for it. My last call I was promised a date I should finally receive it. I’ll give it until then, otherwise the next step is a complaint...
