The employees here are kind enough to help me. This place is open at night with an atm at the front. You just need your card to unlock the door.

Horrible customer service. I've been a Chase customer for over 30 years and have never been treated so horribly or left a Chase branch so infuriated.

I tried to open an exception account that other Chase branches are able to open and they were unable to accommodate simply because they have never done it before. The branch manager, Troung, did not help. If you're trying to open a new account, I would seriously consider visiting one of the other branches...

I got here at 4:15, to open an account. The lady tells me they close at 5 and that it will take 45 mins to open an account. I use to work for a bank, never has it ever taken that long to ever open an account. 2 - hides in the back with the phone light bright as hell to see.
