My husband and I popped into The Vault on a whim while walking to meet our son for dinner. It was a few minutes past their closing time, but the door was open and Garre was more than welcoming. Almost right away I found a ring that checked all my art deco dreams. Knowing that Garre and Gary were trying to close up shop and that our son was waiting for us at the restaurant across the way I didn’t want to keep everyone while I debated the purchase. I did voice that I was a bit afraid being from out of state a purchase might be tricky. Garre assured me that he could help us even from 3 states away. He took my ring measurements just to make sure everything was up to date and walked us through his sizing and delivery plans. The next day my husband ordered the ring for me as a 30th anniversary gift. Garre had it sized, insured and shipped to us in just over a week. I'm a jewelry professional myself and I had a wonderful experience working with Garre at The Vault. I had been in a few times whenever I'm in town, but I live out of state. He and his partner, as well as Lulu the adorable pup, are always so friendly and they have a wonderful selection! The last time I was there in January I fell in love with a snake bracelet in 18k yellow gold. I didn't want to impulsively buy so I took a picture and their card. I couldn't stop thinking about it so I emailed them and Garre sold it to me over email and got it to me so quickly! I absolutely adore it and I would work with Garre again in a heart beat.
