I attempted to order delivery, but the manager on duty told me I was 2 doors east of the delivery area and it would be impossible. I proceeded to order online. I arrived as the app told me me order was ready. I was able to read the screen which also said my order was ready. I called the store and told the manager on duty that I was there for a curbside pickup order. He said that it wasn't ready and probably wouldn't be for some time. I then watched him put 2 pizza boxes, a bag, and a container (my order) into the warmer. 15 minutes later, I watched a female worker remove the same items and bring them to my vehicle. When we got home, we found that some of our order was entirely wrong.I called to have this rectified and explained to the manager on duty that the order was wrong. He immediately tried to give the responsibility of solving the problem to someone else by trying to credit me for a future date. Still needing to feed my family, I told him I wanted it made right, immediately. He then hung up on me. I called back and he told me that I wasn't going to tell him "what [he was] and [was] not going to do." I told him I wanted the right order and he told me it would take an hour and a half. Read moreOrdered pizza and a 2 liter last night, it said delivery would be 20-39 minutes. 7:50 would be 39 mins. At 7:30 I get a text that my pizza is en route. At 8:05 I began trying to call. The first time I was on hold for 4 mins and then someone picked up and hung up. Called again and it happened again after 30 seconds or so. Tried for a 3rd time and was on hold for 10 minutes before I got hung up on AGAIN. During the 3rd call the pizza and pop finally showed up (8:15pm). I tried once more to get a person on the phone since the pizza I just waited over an hour for was ice cold but nope, hung up on again. Tonight I call and explain my situation and the manager offers to remake it and send it out which works at the very least so my kids could have pizza (last night it was disgustingly cold and took so long theyd eaten sandwhiches already so they didn't eat it). Pizza shows up, it's thin crust (yuck) and no crust topper..and they decided not to give me another 2 liter. Honestly after how screwed up my order was, how long it took, how long I sat on hold AND being hung up on I think its BS they didn't send it! So no pizza and pop, which is a special thing we do not get to do...
Read moreThought we'd stop and order a pizza to take home. The door was locked! It couldn't be a Covid thing because none of the employees had a mask on. (Not that I cared about the mask stuff). We had to call in to a call center out west, in which our operator had a hard time speaking English and had trouble understanding English. The operator didn't give us a total and didn't tell us how we would get our pizza. We had to wait to see how other people were getting their orders. The personnel at the store was very nice and came out and asked us what order we were there for. They said it would be out shortly. The girl was very pleasant. She came back with our hot Pizza's and gave us our total. Pizza's were ok when we got home, but I will never recommend the Cinnamon Rolls. They weren't cooked all the way and just tasted yucky! Overall, my experience with the operator was enough to not order over the phone again. If I can't walk in, use the app or contact the store directly I won't...
