Rent-A-Center — Local services in Oregon

My fiance and I needed quite a bit of furniture and needed it fast. We're only in town for 4 months and needed a next day delivery for our town house. We had been to several furniture stores that day and were exhausted from moving. (We're up here from Florida on business). Steph was very helpful and polite and had us taken care of within a matter of minutes. We told her what we needed and she got straight to work setting everything up for us. All of the paperwork was done in such a short time, we were so relieved. The delivery guys called right before they came out, the next day, to make sure we were home. Everything was in excellent shape and they even set it all up for us. Very professional. It's hard to find a business who takes such good care of their customers now a days. We will be back for ALL of our future purchases of furniture and we will definitely be recommending this particular rent-a-center to all of our friends at the refinery....

Awesome staff always get what ur looking for and very friendly and helpful. I've had no complaints about this store as they've been very good at what they do and good deals and make sure ur not getting trash to rent keep up the great work. I would recommend this store to anyone it's the best one around. Rent a center won't be the same without the previous manager Jody around a staff member told me some really bad news that he passed away yesterday Jody was an awesome understanding person that cared about his job and customers u will be sadly missed by many Jody may your kindness and caring still live on through the rent a center business. We all love you and R.I.P. and may God be with u and your family and loved ones and the rent a center family. I miss u already u kept it real...

Well I hate to say it but if Jody is not there your not getting any respect. He should be running a region. Time is money. I called at 10 am to say I was home ok we'll see what we can do didn't ask my name where I lived or anything hung up on me my delivery window was four to six. Called again at 3:00 to see what a realistic time frame was said 5:00 call at 6:55 before they closed is like I was the bad guy told them to come pick up everythingI don't feel like I should be the one calling them when they're late they should be the one calling me I guess that's customer service for you nowadays.
