Navarre Ave- not like the Laskey and Secor Location! Very disappointing! Ordered takeout from here on Friday. Pizza 1- pepperoni and bacon - good Pizza 2 - buffalo chicken - not good. Not enough sauce or chicken lots of bare spots. Dough was overcooked leaving huge black burnt crust bubbles throughout. Only had 2 slices. Pizza 3 - ham and pepperoni. This pizza when not ready when we arrived after giving them 4 minutes. The dough was raw, slimy gooey limp, stretchy, inedible. The ham and pepperoni were cold and not cooked at all, the cheese was still in the shredded state not melted. This was clear when opening the box. They should have never boxed that up like that. Just careless and unsafe. Breadsticks - undercooked again just cut up dough raw gooey stretch slathered in butter and Parmesan that made a mess leaking out of the bag. Service - when placing the order the kid on the phone has no customer service or communication skills and should not be answering the phone. He said things like huh? What? Hold up? Had to repeat it over and over bc he couldn’t get the simple order right. He said 15-20 mins. We arrive after 40 minutes and our order wasn’t ready. No ham and pepperoni and no breadsticks. No one knew our order everyone was running around looking lost bumping into each other. The setup is bad everyone has the squeeze past the big pizza maker. The girls boxing the pizzas were losing tickets didn’t know what was what. The big guy making pizza had to come over to cash us out. He should be doing both that’s unsanitary. He went straight back to making pizza after handling cash and coin dripping sweat onto the pizzas. Same thing with the red haired girl boxing the pizzas she looked wore out and confused. I was happy to see they opened another location. I was telling my family in northwood about them so inirdered from here for them and was very embarrassed but this mess. I’ve never had pizza so raw! We only ate the one pizza then they DoorDashed food. What a waste of $50. They need to get it together if it’s not too late. There are much better pizza places on this side of town already. Also fic the parking lot! It’s full of huge potholes and you’re just ignoring it! It should’ve been the first thing you did! I very disappointed!

I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms, breadsticks, chicken chunks and a 2 liter of Pepsi. I had it delivered. Out of all of these items, the only one that turned out right was the Pepsi. As soon as I saw that Doordash was delivering my order I was disappointed. I tipped $6. Spent $47 all together. When the delivery driver arrived he honked his car horn as if I was supposed to walk out to his car. When he finally decided to come up to the door, I was given my food. He had an insulated pizza bag. At first glance I could tell the breadsticks were nothing but soggy mush. The paper bag immediately ripped open without hesitation. With the pizza, all toppings were to one side. They put 2 big sauce cups in the pizza box, leaving an indent ion in the pizza and the pizza table separator was dug into the pizza. The chicken chunks were dry. Ultimately I called the store to complain about my $47 worth of disgusting food. They remade only the pizza and breadsticks. The store staff were rude, tried to make excuses then blamed the overall situation on doordash. The second time around, the breadsticks were still mush and tightly packed. This is clearly from 1. Packaging breadsticks just after they were baked and not giving them a chance to cool slightly on a baking rack and 2. Tightly packaging them in parchment paper which, again traps moisture and heat. For the pizza, it was greasy, the taste was okay. Nothing spectacular. This restaurant has potential but needs a lot of improvement, Do better.

We ordered for carry out two medium pizzas. One we ordered just as described; the jalapeño popper pizza and the other the sweet and spicy sausage pepper pizza. Both were excellent! They both are unique departure from the boring toppings. The crust is flaky and fresh- even the thin crust. The sausage has a little heat, for those who do not tolerate spice but we loved it.

Didn't even get to try the food because they don't use their own delivery drivers. So don't trust the delivery time. The driver showed up a half an hour past my delivery time. Then Jcups called because they didn't have my soda, even though I'd just talked to them 10 minutes before that. I told them to cancel the pop. Instead of canceling the pop they cancelled the whole order, except they didn't cancel it properly because it was still reassigned on the delivery service. So I get a call from the new delivery driver, which is the only reason I found out it was cancelled at all. I still have not received a refund. Their service leaves a lot to be desired and we will not be ordering...
