LOFT — Local services in Orland Township

Today was my first time shopping at this mall with my mom. We had a horrible experience at Box Lunch that we were literally shaking from and we came to Loft next to finish my mom’s returns. I feel like I’m going to mess up spelling her name, I think she said it was Jojo or Juju, I’m so sorry I don’t know for sure. :,( But anyways she was SO nice. Before even knowing about our experience she provided my mom with great customer service. She then asked how my first experience was at the mall and we told her what happened and she was shocked so I’m glad it wasn’t just us. We did the return and went to get food. We circled back about an hour or two later and she was still there and so was so helpful and pleasant again which was extremely refreshing. I seriously wish every store could have this environment that she provided for us and I work in retail too so I definitely took notes from how...

I went in looking for one shirt could not find it at all and i was notified that it was sent out to an online order but the manager Manar said "i can check online" and she did and was able to find the exact shirt i wanted and she ordered it. She than helped me find pants and a sweater to go with it she was able to build three outfits for me and she helped other guests while still remembering to check on me and knew exactly what i needed but most of all she was honest if i needed a different size but what she was saying was correct and honest and she allowed me to fill comfortable without looking like a potato sack shes the best ! and shes always there hope to see...

I've been in several LOFT locations where the employees behave as though they are disinterested in helping you. Not even that you're annoying them by being there - they simply can't be bothered doing anything beyond saying "hello". (Having worked retail myself, I'm aware that after awhile greeting customers is no longer a conscious decision as such. It becomes a reflex akin to saying "Bless you" or "Gesundheit" after someone sneezes.)

This location had no such issues. The associates were friendly and helpful without being pushy. There was a nice selection in a range of sizes, and a large clearance/sale area. I was quite pleased and will...
