SIZE Boutique — Local services in Orland Township

My 17 year old son came into the store and purchased a pair of gym shoes. He realized on the way home that he was overcharged $10. He decided he wanted to return them the next day because he found them cheaper somewhere else. Never worn of course. The store said no refunds and there are no returns allowed. It was not posted anywhere in the store. They wouldn’t even give him the $10 overcharge he paid and we presented the receipt. The employee called the manager or owner and he said no refunds and no correction of the overcharge. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve lived in Orlandpark for over 40years and never seen a place like this. I had my 8 year old son with me and walked right out because of the language in the music- IT Was Bad! I talked to the Police at the mall and mall security. I have a complaint form from them. I just wanted to warn people about this store....

The customer service was great and exactly what I’d expect and more. Not to mention the overall quality of the store itself was just as good. Definitely...
