Church St — Local services in Orlando

Just left the restaurant 15 minutes ago. I have gone to this location for years since I was a kid. I was glad to see it reopen. After my experience today it should have remained closed. First off the parking lot is full of pot holes. I ordered the Texas feast just wanted a snack to hold my hunger until I got home. It was $4.78. The chicken looked horrible so I requested a refund. The lady at the drive-thru has painted on eye brows count your money and acknowledge that count before you take anything from her. Lady if you're that broke all you had to do was ask me and I would have given you the $5. Me ,you, and God knows you stole $1. Church street has so much to do from restaurants, clubs, cinema, cigar lounge, you name it, they most likely have it. However, the area lacks so much attention by the city officials. The streets are dirty, its smells like urine and feces on most streets. They are so many indigents all over the streets. Why is this happening? Where is all the tax money going? There are so many toll plazas. Orlando is a beautiful city; unfortunately, the people in charge of keeping the city beautiful and clean do not seem to care.
