I, Kim, was back (again) on 7.5.24. This is such an excellent store with great help and a large selection of clothing. I love shopping here. Good buys, great quality. Neat, clean, well organized store that makes it easy to shop and spend, LOL. I highly recommend this outlet store! **Shopped here the Saturday after Black Friday 2023. Wow, such excellent customer service. Sales and more sales; super clothing. Just a fantastic store to shop at. Kim/we shopped there on Sunday, May 7th. Kim really likes Loft and has shopped in several of their Central Florida stores. This LOFT outlet on International Drive is the best LOFT store. Excellent selections, especially for Petite. Very good pricing. And amazing help - Marcellas was especially helpful while Kim shopped. We highly recommend this...

Janice and the new assistant Nicole very lovely and sweet. So helpful! This is the third time in the past year or so that Janice has assisted me. She goes above and beyond, her goal is that you find the clothes that look best on you. She’s honest when you ask her about how it suits you. She gets you into the proper size which isn’t always the size you think you are. She understands the styles, cuts and how they may or may not flatter you. I overly love this store. Justice greeted me with a heart warming smile as soon as I walked in she also helped me with finding the perfect gender revel outfit . I couldn’t help but to remember her beautiful soul and thought to leave a review she went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect outfit !
