I was very excited to see an Old Navy Outlet opened here, too bad this place is a disaster! This store was rough to shop, and truthfully half is due to the aweful clientele as they trash the store without a care in the world. The other is definitely management as I was let into a fitting room with hangers strewn about, dust bunnys on the floor, and size stickers plastered to the wall. The young girl who let me into the fitting room opened the door and looked in first so she was aware of the condition. A huge disappointment to see that no one cares to even clean the fitting rooms for customers. I did make a purchase because the prices were great but I hope they take some pride on the areas they can control.

They told us that that's the only style in the jeans that we're not 50% off, yet all of the jeans say 50%. The store is crooked. We told the employee and even showed them the pictures of their own signs. See the attached pictures. They do not honor their own sales.

A-OK location within the outlet shops. They have a TON of product in this large location and it's easy to get lost in all the options. The pricing is decent. They aren't a true 'outlet' shop as they have many items that are regular price, but they are inexpensive overall, so it's still fun to shop.

They have matching family holiday pajamas right now, and they are well priced so I can recommend those! They also did matching masks to the pajamas for extra fun to a family photo if you want that kind of thing.

Overall: B Large location with a ton of merch. Not a true 'outlet' location but good...

I came here because I had the old navy cash to use. The cashier Michelle changed the price on the machine to reflect if I got a credit card even though I TOLD her I didn't want one. The price was originally $125 so it should've been $95 after the old navy cash. Michelle (whose apparently a lead) somehow charged me $134. How she got it higher than the original total I have no idea. This woman had absolutely no idea what she was doing and had me stuck there 20 minutes longer than I should've been. Michelle definitely shouldn't be a lead and definitely needs to be retrained if she can't handle...
